My experience here was bad and I will not be going back .

I purchased lingerie for my wife and when we finally opened the product at home . The package was already opened inside , it smelled like someone had it on and it was dirty around the bra area .

I made contact with the store to let them know my finding and immediately they got defensive. They advised they were not giving my money back nor was I able to do a swap . After advising I literally left the store 2 hours prior and the associate finally remembering me , I was advised to bring the item back for a swap . It was made know I lived to county’s away a could not return that night . I was then advised to come the next day after 4 pm . This time frame could not be met because of my job and I called and advised of this to which I was advised my another associate there was nothing they could do , my money was gone and to have a nice day

This is the worst customer service for someone being a first timer coming into a store like this and it will be my last . Never again.

This place has fair prices and a good selection of items from mild to wild. What sets this place apart from other stores is the excellent customer service. Specifically Pam. Her customer service and product knowledge are beyond compare. So if you go in don’t by shy just ask especially if Pam is there because she’s not shy. Tell her what you want or are looking to do and she will hook you up. I’ve been in twice over the past week and Pam was the reason I went back. Thank you Pam for all your help. I will definitely be back for more items and to let Pam know how the session went!

Amazing experience and great selection! Idk who the lady that was there Friday night (5/24-5/25 bc it was after midnight), but she was absolutely AMAZING!! Me and a friend got stuck in Savannah thanks to a series of unfortunate events and I am so glad we did an impromptu visit to Sunset.. it made our entire night and trip seem so much better considering... the lady is AWESOME (wish I knew her name, but I think I remember her saying she had a wife), anyways, she was the best part... super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, even though she was stressed about something about another store location because they kept blowing up her phone... I sure hope she is the Manager or Area Manager because if I lived in Savannah, I would hire to work with my property management company, because you CAN'T train that kind of personality or customer service... will definitely plan to visit again, on purpose!!

Normally I come here for the intended purpose, however, a friend and I were on the hunt for a suction cup phallus to stick to our friends truck as a prank. Kristen's help in doing such was indispensable. Unfortunately the prank didnt play out quite as intended but it did kick off a prank war, the likes of which the people of savannah and the surrounding areas have never seen. Batten down the hatches folks, we'll be back for more. 10/10 everyone needs a Kristen in their lives.
