Man, I’m so thankful for employees who love their jobs and take customer service seriously. Thank you, Kim! It’s Saturday night and my shower credit expired, which means the TA Customer Service is closed. I asked Kim for help and she didn’t hesitate to give me a free shower! She didn’t argue, she smiled, and had it done in 2 seconds. And then said “thank you” to me, which made me feel appreciated as a truck driver. Awesome customer service!

Went in to get a shower and it was very clean and nice. The young man cleaning and taking care of the showers could not have been any nicer. He was so helpful, polite and a hard worker!! Everyone there was very helpful. Best shower ever!!! Thank you!!

It's sad when a customer has to request service to every washer and dryer being out of order before any member of staff takes the initiative. It's sad they don't care about drivers that need to have access to laundry. I had to personally put in a work order for CSC Mobile Technician on Saturday afternoon. They were all fixed Tuesday morning. Also, as a big man that has strict vegetarian diet it's hard to get a satisfying meal at truck stops. God forbid if you can get a pre-made refrigerated dinner at a TA that's veg. So at select locations, Fuddruckers offers a big satisfying juicy Beyond Burger. But it was like pulling teeth trying to order one. First they said they don't have any burgers. I was then going to order a bun and help myself to the toppings bar, but then another employee said that they did have it. It was really awkward after I caught her in the lie. Is this what it's all about? Lying to customers and saddening them away from a sale? People just really have to meet the expectations and demands of their job or do something else. Hospitality should always be first and foremost.

Great place to stop and rest, big parking lot, clean bathrooms and showers. Lots of options to eat around, as well as nice and friendly staff. The only issue you need to be aware is that the reserve parking spots are not mark down so verify with the front desk before you shut down for the night. There is personnel that patrol the parking to enforce the reserved parking so if you are in the wrong spot you will be ask to pay if is available or move if it already reserved.

The app pay isn't working for the laundry. Thought no problem. I'll just hit the ATM and pull some cash out. I go to the cashier and ask for a roll of quarters. I tell him the app isn't working at this location. He says they know and have contacted the company. We'll guess what not a single one of the working washing machines will take a quarter. I walk back up to the cashier and inform him of this, and "ya, they've been like that for a while."

Very convenient location. Little tough to get back onto 95 North, but it was really close to 95 and easy to find. Staff did food prep and did not wear gloves it would appear and did not wear a hat. There are lots of snacks there. Bathrooms a little dirty. Alright place for weary travels like us to get a few winks. I got a coffee there and packaged cinnamon roll. Coffee was pretty good and you take it to go. Staff was very friendly. We appreciate their service.

Well after the TA/Petronof Atlanta has screwed up putting on 2 new steer tires I am now here at TA Richmond Hills Ga location to get it done right .... Well so I thought anyways. After being in the bay for 2 hrs to dismount and remount and apply balance beams and new valve stems/cores. I was told we were ready to go. I approached the tire tech and ask d if he got the psi to 110. He said no the tires were only allowing him to go to 100. That's all he could get in the tire. I was like no way something is wrong or your not reading it right on the gauge. Well his tire gauge was bad then went and got a new one. Then still couldn't read it correctly. I went and got my own that was bought from Loves and obtained a proper reading of 105. I noticed the valve stem was loose as heck and requested it to be tightened. The tire tech was nice and pleasant and wanted me to be happy. But I feel like perhaps some more training needs to be done and or quality control to do things right the first time. Not send customers down the road with leaking steer tires
