A special thanks to Tara and her team for for supporting our playground project. We began this project with an ambitious goal and a very short timeline. The entire experience working with Tara and her team totally exceeded our expectations. We are so appreciative of all the hard work and dedication that it took to complete the project in such a short period of time. Mike and John were awesome and did a fantastic job with the installation. My gratitude and kudos to them. Our children are enjoying the newly installed playground!!!

I purchased a display model trampoline from this company during the Covid restrictions when trampolines were impossible to find. I ended up paying 3 to 4 times what I expected to pay based on prices pre-Covid that could be found everywhere. I was told the quality was also 3 to 4 times the lesser expensive products. Having no other choice, I bought the unit and paid them to deliver and install the unit. Though it was technically a "used" trampoline, I was overall satisfied with it. They had promised to pressure wash it before it was delivered, but the installation tech stated they told him not to. So once assembled, it was a bit dirty, had some rust in a few spots, and a small rip in the safety net. It did leave a little disappointment considering the cost. I just washed it up myself and the kids loved it. It did seem like a decent quality trampoline. However, while having trees cleared in the backyard to make room for a play station that I also intended to purchase from this company, a tree fell on the trampoline and bent a part. I called the manufacturer and had the part in hand within days for a reasonable fee including expedited shipping. I was uncomfortable trying to replace it myself, so I called this company to send a technician to do it for me. The price quoted for labor to replace the single part was one quarter of the cost paid for the entire trampoline including delivery and installation from the ground up! It took two hours to completely build the trampoline, so I expected the repair to be relatively quick and straightforward. Labor was ten times the cost of the part...hundreds of dollars! When I objected to such an exorbitant fee, it was suggested I call a local handyman. When I decided to purchase the new play station elsewhere, they offered to reduce the fee to an unspecified amount if I agreed to have the repair done at an unspecified future time when they might happen to be in the area near my home. I declined as I had already seen what I needed to with regard to their service after the sale. I will also buy the new play station elsewhere. The manufacturer (Jumpsport) does seem to manufacture good products and their service was great. Unfortunately, Great Outdoors Play Systems' service was not. Now to find a handyman so the kids can jump again!
