So I attached below some pictures of just a few items I had in my container. And they refuse most of my items, due to “stain and wear” None of the items in my basket had any stains, and the quality of the items I had are nice, especially, compared to the quality of items in the store. I only had 15 items and they took 5 and gave me $6.66 credit. And I waited for 50 minutes. All that were in the basket were jumpsuits or onesies. I did this strategically. They did me like this the last time. I honestly feel like the staff were lazy and/or bitter. And I’m second guessing if I should come back here.

Horrible don'y go here. We brought 2 whole bins of clothes and toys in, the staff was dismissive and rude and seemed uninterested but we left the items for them to go through hoping for the best as we shopped. When we came back up they said they weren't going to take ANYTHING in the 2 bins we brought in today, they barely rummaged through the top of the first bin and didn't even touch the second bin and it was clear they didn't bother looking at what we brought in. The staff are lazy and careless, and the cost of the clothes in store is ridiculous for used clothing as well as many items being overpriced for them being used. The only way any of it would be worth it is if you were getting some money back from them for your donations but they won't bother going through them so save your time and gas and don't go here.

I always use Once upon a child as a last resort to earn some quick cash because I can make more money at a garage sale then what they ever offer. With that said, my last visit was a more pleasant experience than usual. Employees have never really come off friendly or helpful in the past but this time around Emily, Jayme, & Charli were in good spirits and wonderful to interact with. Emily was very attentive and surpassed her customer service skills going above and beyond to help me bring out my bins while I juggled my baby.

This place is not great for taking for kids old clothes or toys there very cheap what they offer you, and don't take most clothes. I had very nice clothes and a jumper and they offered me 14 for the jumper looked brand new. I ended up giving it to a very nice lady in the parking lot that a had a grandchild. Rather give it to her then take there 14 dollars. It's worth 100 brand new. They had stuff outside that was less nice and selling it for $30 to $50. I'll never go there again.

I frequent this store for my child, and when I went in this Friday and interacted with Tanasia I just had a great experience. She was kind and friendly, quick and thorough. The line had been long and I know they were busy but she was still upbeat and really made my experience nice. Would recommend this store to new mothers and people looking for gently used children’s clothes.

This Place is AMAZING! They have great customer service, Keisha assisted me the other day. Join their program to earn points and get discounts! They even offer military discount! This is the best place to buy gently used baby/kids items & clothes! They have so much to look through but it’s worth it to take your time and go through the racks! I LOVE COMING HERE!

Not a very friendly or inviting atmosphere. Customer service is horrible. They staff does not welcome you, however they ask if your buying or selling as if it’s an illegal transaction. The staff seems to be very unhappy and unwelcoming. Upon check in I forgot my driver’s license and asked if I could be pulled up in the system or input my information. The staff member told me that was not an option and I was made to drive all the way back home to locate my drivers license. Shortly after returning another customer came in who also forgot her drivers license, she was then asked by a different staff member (Ja’Niyah) who was very pleasant if the customer knew her drivers license info she may input it into the system. I wonder why I was not offered this option by the previous staff member who checked me in. This was a complete waste of time being I had to drive back home to get my license which allowed other customers to sell there items before mines and a longer wait time for me. So disappointed.
