Took an engagement ring to get sized.
It took them 4 tries to get it sized right. A month later where they soldered it it's turning tarnished gold. This is a silver ring.
And I paid $80 for them to ruin it
Now I have to go pay someone else to fix their shift work.

I didn't intend on buying a ring from a store at the mall. I'm a former jeweler who used to design rings myself so I knew the ins and outs of the jewelry business. I came in just to see if a design out there caught my eye since I was getting married soon. They didn't quite have the design or the size I wanted BUT they custom created a ring for me at a VERY reasonable price. The team there were very pleasant to deal with and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. I would recommend MA Jewelers 100%!

Pushy salespeople pressure to buy and if you're not buying right away, they aren't interested in helping you try anything on. Asked to see some options and all they kept saying was they could "do a custom design for me", which wasn't what I wanted. Not very helpful and didn't give me good vibes to make a purchase from them in the future.

I recently purchased a gold chain. I have never purchased gold from a jeweler in the mall. The customer service (Vanessa) was awesome professional. She made sure I was happy with my purchase.I purchased the chain on a Saturday realizing Sunday that wasn't the one I really wanted went back got the one I wanted on Monday. With no hassle because it was within in 30days to return(no refunds/only store credit). Looking for gold it wouldn't hurt to check this place out.
