This was my second visit, and they were just as amazing! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable on questions and recommendations. My dog, who can be "shy" walks right in, doesn't whine as I'm leaving, and is just as happy when I pick her up! I am so glad I tried this place out, we love it!

They do an amazing job with grooming my dogs, they really care about fur babies and treat them like their own. They have boarded my babies while I've been out of town and don't have to worry about them at all and have reasonable rates too

We boarded our dogs for several nights recently as my husband had surgery. I never once worried about my dogs because I know the staff at Double J take such amazing care our doggos! We have been taking our dogs to Double J since they opened for daycare, grooming and boarding and will continue to trust them with our dogs!

I take my dog here to get his hair cut and he always walks out looking great. They're patient and are very accommodating even when he is matted in areas.

In my opinion, boarding a dog should not be taken lightly. After extensive research, reviews, and recommendations, I decided to show up unexpectedly around 11am. I wanted to see how things were run when unexpected guests arrive.
1. I did not feel welcomed and from attitude and body language, the lady looked put out to talk to me.
2. I was not allowed to tour the facilities. Busy or not, I want to be able to see where my dog will be staying and playing. I was directed to look at a TV screen to see where my dog would be housed.
3. All the dogs were in kennels. If this is what you are looking for, then great. It was not for me.
4. There were a few dogs running around the office while the groomer was grooming a dog. Looked like pure chaos.🤔
5. I could go on and on but overall, the place was not for us. I do not feel comfortable enough to leave my dog in their hands.

If I could give negative stars I would. I've been taking my dogs there to be groomed and on their last appointment the owner knew that kennel cough was present and posted about it on their Facebook page. Problem is that I don't look at Facebook. Fast forward to 1 week after their hair appointments 2 of my dogs contracted kennel cough and the last 1 got full blown pneumonia. (Yes, they all have their shots.) After spending $200 at the vet I called just to let them know what happened. To my astonishment the receptionist told me that the owner told her not to put a sign up because she posted on Facebook. Had I been made aware of the heightened risk I would have never allowed my dogs on the premises. Lesson learned at my dogs expense. I will NEVER return.

Beautiful work on my doodle, they were patient because he is a hardhead. Everyone is so very friendly. Thank you Double J !!! See you in November!!
