Bought a chair recently was able to persuade lady to sell at lower price, but was still too high. She tried to convince me that the chair was an antique but I let her know that I had the entire set that I purchased twenty years ago from Weekend Only and by no means was it an antique,so be vigilant while shopping there

I bought a 37" TV for 75.00. Unfortunately it didn't work when I got home with it. I should've had it tested before I walked out with it. Took it right back and got a newer 40". They are very nice and will load the items for you. Inventory changes so, I plan to visit every so often.
Update: If you get a TV they're in hotel mode. Took me a while YouTubeing to get through that but, was unable to use antenna
Called LG a couple of times but, they said that there's a hidden menu. Good TV otherwise for gaming or connect Roku or similar device.

I was pleased with the prices. I was given but I do not enjoy the hurry up and buy concept they adopted. People want to feel like you are trying to be helpful with meeting the needs of the customer. Hurry and buy is horrible customer service. Get better with customer service or people will just buy from Amazon.

I found this place while I passed through the area going somewhere else. The concept interested me, so I dropped in. The overall vibe of the place is Hoods for furniture. Stuff is vaguely organized and mostly priced. It's obviously not all hotel stuff, but there is a lot. Honestly, the best deals I saw were fancy mirrors. Most of the furniture had seen their last days. The better deals are on the stuff that has less style, but the nice thing is that most of the stuff is well built. I'll keep this place in mind if I need something.

Lots of stuff, more than you would think. There are some name brands and some cheap brands . Some things are more worn than others that look slightly used. Overall definitely worth a look if your looking for a specific item. As far as the prices they are not yard sale prices but pretty close. He will negotiate some. Best if you buy multiple items for a better bundle price. Worth a look. The things I got were very sturdy and no rips or stains and at a good price since I bundled. I will still have them professionally cleaned and am very happy with my purchase.

Really great place. I had never stopped in because based on the name of "Hotel Liquidation," I had a very specific idea of what the store would contain. I was very wrong. There is so much more than normal "hotel" furniture, and I was surprised by both the quantity and quality of items in the store. My two minor complaints is that the building is not heated, so it gets cold in the winter. Plus, some of the prices are slightly higher than I would expect for some things.

Overall, though, wonderful store. Definitely check it out.

This place deserves 0 stars. One of the owners gave me a quoted price of $499.99 on a mattress (the mattress didn't have a price tag). Minutes later, when I mentioned that the mattress was a Stearns & Foster (not being familiar with the brand), she verbally increased the price to $799.99. She had overlooked the fact that it was Stearns & Foster, and realized it was one when I pointed it out. They would not agree to sell it for the original quoted price or go midway. While attempting to negotiate with the male owner (I believe his name is Frank) , he just walked away from me, abruptly ending the conversation. During the conversation, he was very rude and did not apologize for the mix up. Very unprofessional. I walked away empty -handed and will not return.

TLDR: they have horrible customer service, are unprofessional, and untrustworthy . I don't recommend.
