I've reviewed this shop before. It's always a fun place to browse because they have so much more than getting cards. Gifts for all ages, little knick knacks, candy, etc. And a postal annex so you can skip the long lines at the post office!

Great service, nice staff, and one of the only post offices open until 4:00 on Saturday in the Sunnyvale area. They also had 3 staff working whereas many USPS offices only have 1 or 2. There can be long lines, especially just before closing, but it moves reasonably quickly.

It is a good size Hallmark store with very friendly staff. Good selection of ornaments, crystal figurine,...
The only negative is the lack of a professional and courteous person who runs the US postal service in the store. This wasn't the case a few years back. Disappointed.

A lovely store!! My husband's favorite Hallmark. I'd never been there and was totally impressed with the offerings, card selection and mostly by the wonderful people that work there. All were very helpful and friendly. Great selection of tchotkes too.

Pro's: The store offers wide variety of gifts. Also good for getting discounts on Items after holidays. I didnt have an issue with USPS person.
Cons: The Hallmark wrapping paper I found was very limited didn't have a big variety on bows or ribbon either. Was looking for bridal shower paper and ribbon. Left with nothing. 🙁 I've been there before and sometimes the workers are not friendly and condescending.

I found an item online that was 75% off and called this store to see if they have it in-stock and if they would honor the online price. The lady on the phone said they would honor the price and I just had to bring a print out of the online price which I did. I verified with the lady on the phone twice to ensure they would honor the price because the store was far from me. She confirmed they would. When I arrived the acting manager said they do not honor online prices and she checked with the owner too and he said no as well. I drove an hour and half to secure this item and despite being promised that they would honor it they refused. The manager said the person who promised me over the phone had gone home for the day and she didn’t have authorization to say that. I understand that this store doesn’t honor online prices, but because I was told this over the phone by one of their employees I feel they should have made an exception since I told the manager I drove really far just because their employee said they would honor it.
