It has a restroom and a McDonald’s but the bathroom wasn’t that clean when I went. They have two types of soaps you can use which is always nice, you have an option for heavy duty wash.

Needless to say I maybe biased because I love love loOove me some Love's!!! Store, restroom & showers are pretty clean what you typically expect when dealing with high traffic plenty of space to maneuver for truck parking I can't complain honestly. I had an amazing experience with the truck department I was so far gone just happy because I actually felt like company did me a solid & I was so happy I legit all over the place!!! I didn't get her but aunty knows who she is holding down the fort took great care of me!!! Y'all liiisten to me I asked for a completely different service lol the company said something else it wasn't even an issue & man we definitely got a good laugh out of it that's foresure!!! Felt like I've known them for years lol & kudos to the young men there as well all around exceptional customer service I was in & out & they were gracious to hold my parking spot for me!!! Some mornings I have a very early start so I try to be close to the front as humanly possible. So again EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE if i could I'd give infinity ✨'s!!! Please continue taking care of your employees as these kind of folks are who we need more of!!! *cough cough* need I say I see raises coming let's speak it into existence!!! I appreciate the assistance the service I received today & will come back anytime I'm on this side for truck care service!!! Keep up the great work it doesn't go unnoticed!!! 🙌🏾

warning! this loves is one of the worst and nastiest loves I have ever visited! When I first entered the store to use the restrooms it had a horrible smell. It smelled like Sewer. But, I proceeded to go use the restroom. The the restroom was unclean and very dingy. One of the hand soap dispensers was broken and there was a lot of toilet paper on the floor. After using the restroom I proceeded to the fountain drink to get ice. While getting ice, I saw moving specs on the fountain. As I got closer to the moving specs, they were sewer flies around the fountain! I poured out my ice and decided not to get a cuppa coffee. I immediately asked the attendance that were in the store, team leader and trainer, were they aware of the sewer flies around the fountain. They both said they were aware of the sewer flies along with the store manager, Chris and the regional manager, Jason were aware of the sewer flies around the drink fountain. This is truly a health hazard and sewer flies and a lack of public safety.

By far the worst loves I've ever been to. Everyone here is so lazy. Including st the McDonald's. And I go to take a shower, and the floor is disgusting, the sink is disgusting, the toilet is disgusting, and of course the shower itself is disgusting. It literally looks like someone didn't even bother to clean it at all. Just left some towels on the seat and walked out. So this place is just a parking space. That's it.

The clerk/cashier/ manager- whatever her job title was - hands down - the best. Opened up stalls for the long line of women customers waiting to use the restroom. I don’t think I have EVER been anywhere else that as considerate of the customers. She also opened up another register to keep the crowd moving. Then at the register, the young lady was super nice and patient with the older gentleman in front of us and can run to registers at the same time ! Keep doing it up Love’s Employees. Great stop between Florida and North Carolina!

A dog park with 4 empty poop bag stations and lots of unpacked up poop. The store human restroom wasn't much better. The attached McDonald's was just as gross and the employees unable to understand as they talked with a mask hanging half on their face. The entire experience made me feel like I needed a shower. It's gross here.

This place is fine. If you come during a hyper busy time I imagine it would be messy but at 10am on a Tuesday it was clean. It’s a smaller truck stop so the bathroom is small. Yes everyone who uses it has just polished off their 15th baconator for the day, but it is what it is.

For business that say truck drivers matter to them has no food options I am sure this store probably needs better management and better staff
