I have been here several times to buy toys for relatives' and friends' children, and they never disappoint. There is such a great variety of high quality and thoughtful toys. 10/10 store! The nice lady that works there is always helpful and informative. They sell from jelly cats to miffy to sonny angels and smiskis. They have amazing prices and overall the store is very cute and you’re sure to find something amazing!

the older lady working there has very poor customer service skills. i was in the store for about 3 minutes before she came up to me asking if i was going to buy anything even though i had just got there. i told her i wanted to look around first, so i continued looking at the plushes and other products and about two minutes later she comes up to me and asks me why i keep touching the plushes (even though that’s a completely normal thing to do to check for quality) i suspect she wanted to rush me out the store because i am a teenager of color who was wearing a backpack so she probably stereotyped me to being a stealer. i say this because she didn’t treat any of the other guests (a lot of white people) the way she treated me. i hope this overpriced and rude employee having store improves.

I always come here for all kid birthday presents because they have such a unique selection of eco- friendly toys, games, activities, and books. The owners are super friendly and provide awesome recommendations that are a hit every time! Love this woman owned business!

The lady working behind the counter is always so rude. I’ve been at this location twice, the first time she was condescending however, I brushed it off, thinking she probably was just having a bad day. The second time I walked in she was rude when I asked her a question. I couldn’t help but notice that she was very helpful to others. I told my sister about this experience as she was the one who told me about this shop. She has also experienced the same treatment from the staff here. It’s crazy how she always raves to “shop local” but does not know customer etiquette. Anyways, I was looking for these toys for my nephews and pixie toys was my first choice. However, I will definitely not be coming back!

Heather went above and beyond for me and my toddler today. Pointed us in the direction of wooden toys for 12month olds and answered all my questions. I also heard her speaking with several customers and she was very kind and knowledgeable with everyone she spoke with as well. Can’t wait for the holidays - we will be back!
