I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I have received. It has been incredibly frustrating trying to reach someone, as the customer service representatives are frequently away from their desks and direct me to leave a voicemail. Unfortunately, despite leaving messages, I have never received a call back.

At this point, I would strongly advise against reaching out to them, as it seems unlikely that your concerns will be addressed. I am unsure what the team is doing if they are consistently unavailable, but the lack of response is unacceptable.

US Games is pretty decent and easy to work with. I made several orders with them. They have good prices. I think they are a good company to work with to get your start in the retail business.
