An avid shopper of Free People but I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. There were two girls working there. The blond girl was friendly. But the tall skinny girl with an afro lacked customer service skills. Her tone and delivery was very dry, arrogant, and patronizing.

Honestly, there was one girl (blonde curly long hair and naturally pretty) working in this store that was super sweet, kind and helped me with my questions. The rest of the girls were garbage. When I was trying stuff on, someone came to check on me and I figured it was the girl who had been helping me (it wasn't, she checked in with me a minute or so after), so I started explaining what I liked and didn't like. I then heard her go back to the other employees and say "that girl kept trying to talk to me and I was just like SHUT UP SHUT UP". Sorry but if you can't handle your job providing customer service in a semi-high end store, go do something else. It was super rude and I don't think I'll ever go back into this store. Idk what is wrong with young girls these days but they for some reason feel entitled even though they are nothing special. I could do that job with my hands tied behind my back, and not have a big flabby mouth in the process.

Maybe their google reviews are fake because check their yelp- most people’s experiences are consistent with mine.

Wow! I had the best experience at this store today. I had to return a shirt and I bought something else with my credit and the employee that helped me ( I didn’t catch her name :(. ), was the nicest and friendliest and kind hearted employee I’ve come accross in a long time. She has blonde hair and was super pretty! Can’t wait to come back!
