I found a high end wine from the 2021 vintage that no one else had. the price was favorable. I ordered 6 bottles. The order shipped two days later by FedEx Ground directly to my house.

I put in an online order to pick up 2 bottles of wine. I called to confirm the order and ask about pickup. A woman answered the phone who was very helpful. She said they had to confirm if the wine I ordered was in stock or in the warehouse. She confirmed the bottles were in the store and that I could pick up within the hour. I told her I would likely have someone else pick up the wine for me. She said that was fine as long as they had the order number. When my husband went to pick up the wine he was yelled at by the man fulfilling the order saying he could not pick up for someone else. He ended up being able to pick it up, but not very good communication amongst staff and poor customer service.

Harry is very knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to help me with all my inquiries. I typically dislike receiving email promotions but I look forward to them from the Wine Stop as there are some great deals.

My only wish is that they offered free shipping for orders of a case or more. Fortunately, I live in the bay area and can pick up from the shop.
