I really liked one of the tables and I am a senior managing ER nurse so, although expensive, could afford it. That said, I was on my way to meet some coworkers at chicken place and had on my scrubs. I say that because I don't like going into ANY store where I feel I have to pull out my badge/credentials to allow an arrogant sales person to decide if I am deemed worthy of any service (go to Beverly Hills for this type of attitude...hard pass).. I parked on Harvard Street (rarely do this) and never noticed this store before (always park and walk around neighborhoods to discover the gems) but something caught my eye so, I went in. On the positive side, I love the merchandising and assortment of this store. The place is small but full of what seemed to be a plethora of unique and interesting pieces to add flavor to a room. Sadly, I was not able to peruse more than a few seconds because I was rather rudely approached by a woman that looked like she owned the place (?) telling me they were closed. Now, keep in mind it said they were closing at 7pm but I was there at around 6:50. Had she not essentially pressured me out the door, I was in the market to buy a few things and at very least would have noted to come back another time (I don't live far). I also think these are terrible hours for a Friday night (closing at 7pm) but c'est la vie. My advice is to not be so abrupt. Learn how to be hospitable to customers instead of barking at them.
Do better and your ratings will get better. A lot of people romanticize owning a boutique store but forget that you can have a great location and product but the people inside are what makes the store and brings customers back. Lots of choices out there and people support (or not) with their wallet. Good luck.

I don't leave bad reviews, but I couldn't hold myself back on writing this because of the way these women at this store treat people. Do not shop here, save your money and shop somewhere else. The lady that goes by "D" is utterly rude and unprofessional. I'm not going to waste my time and go into detail but they do not deserve anyone's business. There is a reason why they have so many negative reviews. Believe them and save yourself the headache. Entitled and horrible attitude.

No wonder why this store has so many bad reviews. I wanted to exchange something that I got as a gift but they said they cannot exchange because it’s seasonal item. The item was not seasonal for sure because when I went to store there was no sign that showed the item was seasonal. My gift was not even Easter or Christmas item. The workers there
( including the owner) were sitting and having coffee. The owner was very rude. When I entered, they didn’t even greet. Very unprofessional people. I will never waste my money to buy something from their store.

Oh Wow, the reviews truly speak for themselves!
Nice store, but honestly there isnt something that you can not find or buy at Bloomingdales, Macys, Neiman Marcus &, etc. Yet to put yourself in a situation to witness this type of cheap people’s sour & disgusting attitude.

It was my first time here & even tough I made purchases I wont be going back & definitely will not recommend it to Anyone! They simply lack the knowledge of talking & treating a Customer!

Have never seen such “Money Hunger”People. Believe the Reviews & stay away!

The owner of this store is not only rude and pretentious but she also discriminates among her customers based on their status and wealth. pretty much if you are a brand new customer who walked in for the first time, you are in for some ill mannered surprise. When I asked a question about piece of jewelry, the owner proceeded to explain to my mother and I that she keeps her gold jewelry in a safe place, offensively implying that we are peasants, who neither own gold jewelry nor are capable of purchasing one. With this type of customer service, you will never get new clients. Well, the reviews below certainly speak for themselves. Classless!

Worst experience that I’ve ever had at a boutique! Employees and the owner are very rude and uneducated who don’t know the simple difference of an EXCHANGE and EVEN EXCHANGE!
Please don’t confuse people with the word exchange since you clearly don’t understand what it means!

No manners whatsoever and have no respect for their customers. Stay away from this low class place. Spend your money and valuable time at a place where the employees respect and have the knowledge to assist you professionally. Shame on you for mistreating people with your low level of knowledge.

Absolutely awful customer service! We’ve been there only once and we were treated so badly!! The staff is so unprofessional! We got a gift from our dear friend and wanted to exchange it. The staff was forcing us to act quickly and didn’t allow us enough time to chose the product we wanted to have. The staff there is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! We were treated based on our appearance as the prices are not set and vary if you are wealthy or not. It depends how you look like, if you are wealthy or not. The prices are not set or written anywhere so it’s very hard to purchase something! NO ITEM WAS WITH THE PRICE TAG!! The price strictly depends on your appearance and wealth!! I WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE!! Please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!
