This is how retail experiences should be! The LEGO brand is so strong and they do an excellent job of communicating fun and play time in the retail centers whether it be Lego Land, Lego Store Disney or even the Lego Store at Stoneridge Mall.

First Impression/Ambiance:
You enter the store and your hit with bright colors, great lighting and excellent displays showcasing their featured products or latest offerings. There are bins of loose legos to buy as well as their signature "Pick and Build" wall in the rear. They have fan or feature builds here and there as well.

I feel like a kid everytime I go there.

Products:
The kits they offer are plentiful and span the whole Lego universe. Its stocked well too which is one of my pet peeves, no issues there! If you have beginner/younger builders in your family or even very advanced/custom builders, there's something for everyone. I really like how they have a lot of displays at this location. Seeing the build completed is always a nice touch.

Service:
The staff at this store is great! Overall, I never had an issue with customer service at any Lego location. Hell, I would love to work here myself!

In closing I had a great experience and everytime my family and I enter a Lego store we leave with at least 1 bag of stuff. If your in the Bay Area I would stop by next time your in the area and start building!

Lego store at Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton was a treat. If you like Legos and thing built by Legos you should really most definitely check this store out. The pieces they have displayed is pretty awesome from Harry Potter, Star Wars, cars, to Disney. They have it from beginner to advance.

The place was open easy to find what you are looking for and friendly staff. Joe was friendly and very knowledgeable about the lego set pieces and roughly how long it would take. They can direct on what you want to get especially for the holiday if you looking to buy a sets for nephew, niece, son, daughter, or for yourself.

They know the age and which set would be appropriate for age range. Great store and awesome pieces displayed for us amateurs to look in aw. Go here get that piece and start building.

due to covid, the build your own Lego character stand is gone.

& Legos now sells a tool to help you disconnect Lego pieces?!? back in my day you used your fingernails 'til they bled or gnawed on the edge if it was a corner piece! and they have the audacity to SELL it ! it should be FREE!

Kids will never leave this place. Many stations to build you own models and mini figures. Well organised. You always pay full prices for most of the kits here. You seldom see any good deal, but you will find what's new.

If you don't love Lego, then we can't be friends. The staff here is always super helpful and they always tape up our pick-a-brick cups so they are secure. Even during the holidays, when the store is JAM-PACKED, these guys are awesome and helpful. I don't know how they do it, but I am oh so thankful!

First time called the store because of seeing an Instagram ad. The sales person on the phone was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He offered to me for my credit card purchase of a LEGO Brick Headz Lucky Cat in-store pick-up or curbside pick-up due to current pandemic (Dec 2020). This beats waiting in line to just shop (25% retail capacity constraint). Either option, you cut in front of the line and pick up your purchase.

Love me some lego store!!! This is a super cool store and the staff was amazing! Lego representative Joe was who helped us and he was amazing and answered all our questions for coming soon legos and discontinued products. We always have a blast when going to the Lego store!
