So grateful to have this option for my little girls! They have a great selection at affordable prices. Being able to sell the things we have outgrown, while shopping, offsets the cost even more. The store is always impressively organized and easy to find whatever you’re looking for. I highly recommend Once Upon A Child when shopping for little ones!

Today I shopped here for the first time. Prices went between reasonable and high, but there was a lot of quality merchandise to choose from. The store was neat and tidy. The employees were all quite young and a little confused when I asked questions. They greeted me when I entered, and I happily replied that it was my first visit.

An example of the customer service: I was cashing out and was informed about the monthly special. The employee explained that a single pair of infant shoes size 0-4 priced up to $4.00 were free this month. Good deal. I asked for and received directions to the infant boys section. I found the tote for the size I was looking for, and selected shoes that fit the needs of a baby in my family. There were very few priced at the $4 limit, and these were about $5.50. I took them to the front and asked if I could pay the difference.

The quick answer was no. I was surprised, wondering why they'd pass up the chance to make a sale. Then the employees all looked at each other, as if questioning, but decided on the "that's the rules" answer. She asked me three times if I wanted to buy them. It was awkward. I turned her down. Since i hadn't come in for baby shoes, I was only getting them if it was a special deal.

I'll probably come back again and give them another shot.

Always had a great experience here! The service is friendly and professional whether I'm buying or selling. The quality of the clothes and shoes are very worthwhile and reasonably priced, too. Been shopping here for awhile and will continue to do so until my son outgrows everything.

Had a great first experience here. Sold some items and got a great payout for them. Also SUPER great deals on the items. They had a 10 for $10
Special on onesies!! Items seemed in good condition. Staff was a mix of pretty nice and seemed new to working a job to extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely going back to get a Halloween ? costume for my sweet baby ! And some outfits for both boys for our upcoming family photos!
PS—if it’s your first time selling here’s some tips:
-bring your id and you’ll also need your phone
-go during a non-peak time
-make sure your items are clean/laundered/good condition
-and then browse patiently while they sort your items or go run some errands nearby ?

Staff is always very stuck up and rude. You can tell most of the staff don't have children and are annoyed by the children in the store. When a child says thank you to you, you respond with you're welcome. Simple manners goes a long way. This is my experience with every worker I have encountered there during every visit. Support local child thrift stores like Little Darlings instead which is a welcoming, family owned business.

I don't mind selling or buying from Once Upon A Child in Rogers or the Fayetteville location. I am pleased with how picky they are when purchasing clothing - because what I do buy or come across is usually in good condition. Some of the styles are questionable, but that's a personal opinion. My 1 star rating comes from the experiences I have with the staff at the Rogers location. Every single time I go in (which is at least once every other week, if not more) every single staff member ignores me and other guests. When I do get up to check out, I stand at the counter for several minutes before 1 of the 4 staff members acknowledges me with an eye roll and a sigh before coming to check me out. They stand behind the counter doing their sorting/buying but talking very loudly across the counter/store with each other about the latest gossip. It is a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience every time I go into the Rogers OUAC, which is unfortunate since I work less than 5 minutes away. The Fayetteville staff is so much better.

Maybe my 3rd or 4th time coming in with no luck yet again.. I brought 6 or 7 baby clothes no stains perfect condition and the chair and they offered me 9 dollars for the clothes and refused the chair… the clothes are whatever but the chair has barely two water marks.. being someone who struggled to find anything affordable when I was pregnant would have taken it there are people out there who don’t mind a *GENTLY* used item.. basically it has to look like it came out of the box or they won’t take it.. DONE wasting my time and I wouldn’t advise anyone to bring items.. no words or contact from a manger can make me change my mind.. Go to little darlings and get your moneys worth as well as help the community out!
