Ms. Rose was incredibly nice and helpful, she was able to assist me in detail and provide A+ customer service. Absolutely wonderful. Mr. Shane, now this guy is THE BOMB. He is a living encyclopedia and was able to answer even the most esoteric questions I had. Both of these employees made me only want to shop at this location for my retro video games and I wouldn't trust any other store to provide service like they do. Wonderful staff, awesome selection of items, and just a really cool store. These guys deserve a raise and more!

The wife and I were on a little excursion this last weekend. We like to hunt down games and other items to collect and resell. So we decided to stop into the local Game X Change. I loved the setup of this store. Much of it is the same as most in this chain but everything was so organized and laid out perfectly. It was easy to find what we wanted. On top of that their prices were VERY good in comparison to many eBay and Price Charting costs. I found some gems I had wanted at far below market price and came away happy. Also if you are in need of some physical Vita games, I think they have the largest selection I have seen in a game store in a long time. And they are priced very low in comparison as well. And they have many heavy hitters in the Vita section and many more. They also have a good selection of DVDs and Blu-Rays. If in the area check them out, it's worth a look.

They always new stuff coming in. Their prices are often the best around. and just as often, they do buy 2, get 1 on movies/box sets. they're not always the most thorough in making sure that all of your discs get in the boxes (I've had to go back recently to claim 3 missing discs), but they're friendly and willing to help you find stuff, if you need it, or just leave you alone to browse if you don't. They have your typical stoner-type staff, for the most part. Works for the milieu they're in. I enjoy my visits there, mostly. The day manager guy was a bit rude and dismissive to me once, but everyone else is really nice and helpful.

Very well stocked store. Its easy to get to and had loads of Skylanders at the perfect price. Staff and service wasn't anything to get excited for.

Game X Change was positive, friendly, and an awesome experience! Ian helped me find a videogame I've been on the hunt for a long time to help finish up my Pokémon game collection. They also have cards from vintage and new sets. Lastly, they helped me purchase controllers for systems that I've had since my childhood so I can get back into playing them. They were honest, helpful and worked with me overall. Highly recommend to check this location out when in Hot Springs, AK.
