Came here recently and spent almost $200 in souvenirs for friends and family. This includes buying 7 specific California Mickey and Minnie magnets. Once I got home and passed out these magnets, they don’t even stay firmly on the fridge or anywhere else I place one. Do not buy these magnets. I am very upset as I bought so many and spent a lot of money there.

Fun little place in downtown Disney area. Has such a diverse variety of souvenir type items to choose from (keychains, shirts, stuffed animals, cups, bags, candy). Very well made and some unique trinkets you probably won't find anywhere else. Owner was very kind and sweet and informative. Moderately priced.

Says on the door and on the website that it’s open till 10 I came at 9:30 and it was closed I drove an hour just to get here… Absolutely Disappointing.
It’s overpriced anyways just don’t go.

The only reason I gave five stars was the fact that they are half the price as Disney or Disney downtown for t-shirts with Disney branding.

I arrived here at 11:10 am Friday, they were not open. I waited until 12 pm just in case they were running late. I saw at least 3 other groups of people walk up and see if they're open. Not only did they lose me as a customer, they lost a lot of others too. I called twice as well, no answer.

Worst customer service ever!
Will be skipping this location next time I visit California.
