Was going to stop at Starbucks in Clearlake before heading down to Santa Rosa and I figured I would stop here instead, as everyone said it was the best. One person ahead of me with multiple drinks and only 1 girl working, which was fine. Took our order, cold brew w/pumpkin spice and SPLASH of milk, and hot cocoa for the kiddo. Pretty easy right? Got in car and started to drive away and our drinks were literally water. Both of them. So disappointed 🙁 Wanted to like them but come on really? I think she thought maybe I had an attitude or something? Sorry I have RBF. Sorry to say wont be back.

This coffee shop has good Lattes and really yummy apple fritters. The drip coffee is lacking unfortunately. However, we had an enjoyable time at Grinders Steep.

They don't serve food, but have donuts and other snacks. I liked the atmosphere very mellow and peaceful, ( although small place ) it was nice. The girls that were working were nice as well.

I love the baristas there all so great at what they do and always so friendly that I let everyone I know that grinders steep has the best coffee in lake county

This coffee shop has great employees who can keep up with rushes of people. They are terrific behind the counter, great lattes, fresh donuts, always served up as fast as humanly possible. The grinders Steep team is the best!
