I had a wonderful experience here at this Bevmo. I brought 2 tequila bottle from the Bevmo in Burbank but it was the wrong one for a gift so I wanted to return it. The Burbank location said I couldn't even though on the receipt it said I can as long as it's within 7 days and not open. So I came to this location to avoid arguing with the manager over there and Joshua was very helpful enough to let me return it. I called the Glendale location as well just to see if it was 1 store that doesn't allow you to return and it was. Glendale Bevmo said you can return as long as it's not a big order like 20 alcohol bottles. I really appreciate that this Bevmo location let me return it since I was in the area and I got my money back. They will just need the credit card that was used to give you the refund if its within the return policy rules. I was in and out of the store within like 3 minutes since I didn't need anything else from the store.

There s a employee that is on a bad mood giving attitude to all the customers ,
This guy need to chill out is 4th of July everybody is happy buying alcohol for the big night and this guy is ruined the celebration, I can't see his name but his on the pickup door wearing glasses.
This guy need to have a warning from the corporate

I went to this location to pick up an order this morning as soon as the store opened at 9 a.m. I was approached by a women by the name of Veronica who said she was the assistant manager, with an attitude she stated that it was early in the morning and she couldn’t help me because she was the only one pulling orders and walked away. I’m not sure how she became an assistant manager with that attitude lol! There were other employees in the store. I can’t comprehend how she couldn’t just give me my order instead of giving me one of my worst customer service experiences of my life.

Very helpful store, all, yes all the employees are more than willing and helpful to answer questions, they'll help you find items you need, offer suggestions. Found a beer I've been trying to locate since April or May, which was seasonal and priced lower. Do patronize.
