Best service I have ever had at a Walmart location. I was looking for a set of pans that was not on the floor. I found an associate named Harman in the grocery department and he was extremely helpful. He went out of his way completely to check if it was in stock a d then to the back to get it for me. ❤️ fantastic costumer service. The store is also very clean and well organized.

Poorly maintained changerooms, door handle broke, leaving me locked inside for about 10 minutes before an associate was able to get it open. They said they had told management to fix the door handle. Well, it clearly wasn't. Went to customer service to speak to a store manager who left me standing there for another 10 minutes before i just left. Wasn't worth wasting my breath and more of my time. Terrible management.

Not too crowded, plenty of human cashiers. Went in to pick up snacks and things for Christmas. Got home checked the bill and noticed that Walmart may not be celebrating the GST holiday! As I was still charged GST. Corporate greed!

This store has the worst customer service experience for electronics. I was told that they don’t deal with movies there, and then I was given over to someone else. This person said that the movies were part of toys and would have to check and when i questioned she just was oh sorry and when i asked to speak to someone who could understand what I was asking for on the phone she hung up on me. And I have called this location several times now and have spent over half hour just trying to talk to someone until when i called back I got through to the lady at customer service who was able to listen to what I wanted and took time to go and check the department when it wasn’t her department to have to do this for me, which I appreciate, a lot. I’ve worked customer service desk AND electronics before and I know that how I was handled over the phone was not proper customer service at all! Retrain your staff!!! If it wasn’t for the lady with customer service this would be a total negative review.

This was once a four-star Walmart! Until they decided to do a questionable renovation and move everything into nonsensical places (I don’t particularly enjoy shopping for cleaning products wedged between grocery aisles). They used to have a really nice, cozy book section and now it’s wedged into a random area near the windshield wipers, or something. They also used to have two self-checkout areas (one for those with carts full of stuff, and one for those with less stuff), but now they amalgamated those and you have to walk down a super long walkway (that inexplicably had a giant post in the middle of it) to get to the checkout entry area. Alas, this is now a three-star Walmart. I also saw a mouse running around the food area, and whilst the mouse was cute, I don’t think it belonged near the jugs of bleach (which also don’t belong near the meat). The staff are nice, though.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My partner an I went in to grab a few things and browse around a bit. When we went in we went straight to the cosmetics an grabbed 5 small items like face masks for fun, there were other shoppers browsing around in cosmetics coming and going as well but as we went to leave the cosmetic section to look at Halloween costumes a lady stopped us at the entrance/exit an said we had to pay for our item when no other customers were told to. The only obvious difference between the other shoppers and us were the color of my skin, I am mixed American. I would not recommend this Walmart for people who are obviously a different race.

I bought Astro yogurt, and it was expired by over a week but still on the shelves. I went to customer service, and they told me to go to the yogurt aisle to check for fresh yogurt. They exchanged the expired yogurt for new yogurt. Expired products should not be on the shelves?

This is the worst place for curbside pickup. My time slot was for 5pm to 6pm. I had to wait until 9pm to receive my order. They gave no apology or explanation as to why the wait was 4.5 hours to pick up my order. I'm a disabled person, so curbside pickup is very helpful for me. I will NEVER shop at this location again & I will be telling everyone who will listen not shop there either. I am beyond pissed off I had to spend my entire Friday night waiting at Walmart for a small simple order ?
