If I could I would give it 0 stars. Terrible costumer service and card prices are outrageous. They definitely will try and take advantage of people who might not know the hobby as well. They also sell stolen products and don’t conduct business well at all. Definitely won’t be coming back. This is sad that a hobby that was once wholesome is now becoming a money maker for middle aged men who are scalping stores for products. Gary is a well known scalper FYI. Don’t come here if you like Good business.

I get over pricing sealed items is what we’re dealing with but when a single card is 7x the price it is online that’s just crazy. I will go to Cash Cards Unlimited instead they are much more honest about the prices of singles. I passed by this shop so many times thinking they were old, shut down, and closed. I finally stopped to see what the options were, bought some singles because I wanted to get something and damn I should’ve checked the price online. Never coming back

We’ve been coming to this store for about 2 years now (this is actually my son’s favorite Pokemon store). The staff & the owner is always super nice & they have so many cool items to choose from! And I think the prices are very affordable.

Here to confirm the 1 star ratings are true. Went in store on vacation and was not even greeted hello. I learned a lot about the place through social media and can confirm that the owner is non-compliant, and lacks enthusiasm and basic customer service skills in his own shop. I wish that 0 stars was a rating, but here I am giving him 1 star that he does not deserve. Hopefully the management fixes up their poor attitude to customers and changes because this buisness will not maintain to survive for much longer with the way the owner acts amongst his customers.

SELLERS BEWARE! I brought in a bunch of cards last week to sell and they were very rude throughout the whole process and then at the end when I realized i was wasting my time, I went to pack up my cards and noticed 3 were missing he somehow snuck them into the glass case and claimed that those were his cards and threatened to call the police and have me trespassed this store will have a PERMANENTLY CLOSED sign up any day now

I highly advise anybody in the hobby to avoid this store. Customer service was horrible. Not a welcoming place. The prices are higher than what they should be. Overall, this is not a place you’d want to spend your hard earned money!

If you're in Woodland Hills, California, and a fan of Pokémon, you have to check out this amazing mom-and-pop Pokémon store! I had the pleasure of meeting Gary, the owner, who was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Pokémon. We had a fantastic conversation about the Pokémon community and the latest trends in the world of Pokémon TCG.

While I was there, I picked up two Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs) of the new Pokémon set, Shrouded Fable, and I'm excited to open them up. The store had a great selection, and the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Gary's dedication to the community and love for the game really shine through, making this place a must-visit for any Pokémon enthusiast.
