Pos: friendly staff, good amount of peripherals and cables at fair prices.
Not really into cards but seemed like a good selection.

Neg: cluttered store, some areas closed off, hit and miss with game avail and quality titles. I agree with another commenter that the retro consoles looked dirty and unmaintained. With many prices above market, I expect more value.

A few weeks ago I bought bulk cards and this while the other staff was ok, Edgar was someone who really stood out. He showed me this binder full of classics and I ended up having a blast and getting fair prices compared to some other stores. I wanted to give him a tip, but he politely refused and said « just come back » - You never see this kind of service anywhere! Will definitely be back!

A wide and deep selection of stock of games and games-adjacent (toys, cards, etc) products, plus space for ccg games at the back. Nice old-fashioned eclectic layout. Slightly let down by terrifyingly high prices on some more retro games, which I guess must reflect the market here in Toronto, but seemed significantly higher than I've seem anywhere else. General stock of non-collectable games was better and much more reasonable.

A&C staff answered all my questions regarding hard to find game releases, gave a friendly chat about favourite titles, and provided options if certain games were not available. No complaints. Will definitely visit again. Please send an email to A&C Games before visiting if you're looking for a particular item. Then visit and find something you were not expecting to find and buy it. 5 Stars!

Amazing game shop with a lot of sweet things! Knowledgeable staff, loads of stuff, great quality and selection! One of the top 5 gaming stores I've been to in Canada! Important games. Local games. Game rentals. This place has a massive variety that you won't be disappointed.

It's our First Time here in the store and we love Yugioh and my kids play Master Duel A lot, we just didn't know what to buy, but there's this very friend staff member Edgar I think. He was so nice and gave us great recommendations to keep my kids happy and me happy as well. I pulled a Dark Magician Girl and Thrust on my tin which now even made my wife is happy as well. She wasn't at first, I jokingly I pointed at him, and he somehow explained it to my wife in Spanish and even made her laugh. Will be back!

Cool store for retro games. They have a large selection of common games for most systems but not many rare ones. Their selection is not huge. They also sell several trading cards but that was not something I was interested in.

It’s an interesting store to browse. Lots of different cards from Magic to Pokémon to hockey. My 6-year old daughter was interested in buying a Pokémon stuffy. Unfortunately, everything is out of her price range. She wasn’t very happy with that.

I was browsing the Magic cards (surprised some were out in a glass case) and I was asked a few times if I needed any assistance. Friendly staff.

Overall, a good place to browse. Looks like there were people getting ready for a card tournament or something.
