I LOVE shopping here. It's like an art gallery slash museum slash trip around the globe. I have found many unique items for my home and gifts for friends and family here. I also enjoy the people who work in the store. They are happy and friendly and wrap the items I bought in tissue paper so I feel like I'm getting myself a gift every time I go. I love coming here every so often for stones and jewelry. It’s a little disappointing that prices have gone up quite a bit on most items, and the geode selection is so much smaller than about 6-7 months ago. I honestly felt like the whole stone section was different and underwhelming too.

That is what Zanzibar feels like.

There are so many exotic arts pieces from across the world gathered here. You can get a small taste of international shopping simply by wandering around here admiring all the beautiful pieces of art, incense, and some more practical things like pretty, sturdy, hand-woven baskets. It's a world bazaar in one place!

Be sure to allow yourself time to wander slowly and enjoy. There's so much to see here, it can be overwhelming.

A total surprise! I have never experienced such an indescribable, incredible place! Cultures from around the globe! I could spend hours in each room! The diversity and the high quality of the thousands of handcrafted pieces is mind boggling! Such a magical place! You must come see for yourself! I love coming in here and looking at all the stuff. It's a great place to explore other cultures. I treat it as half museum half store. Every piece is fairly traded and there's a story behind every piece.

When you enter, you RING the doorbell. Someone will be there to open the door for you. Staff are always very nice.

There is a section for Buddhism, African art, Oaxacan/Mexican art, Indian/Nepalese/Tibetan art, Japanese, Chinese, and Russian art, crystals, incense, greeting cards, sage, jewelry and honestly art from random places around the world. It's a good gift shop too.

Some of their pieces are also featured across the street inside Tower Cafe! So when you're waiting in line, you can hop on over here.

I'm a big fan of shopping small businesses, especially ones that are fair trade and have a wide selection and are friendly. Take my money!!
