Stopped in today to get some cigarettes. They have a $2.80 off special when you buy 2 packs at once, so I asked for 6 packs 2 at a time and the employee refused to do that. She was too lazy to sell me them that way! There were no other customers waiting in line to be checked out, so I left and took my business elsewhere. Sure the owner would be pleased!

First of all my husband does some of my errands I'm a little disable, hes 58yrz. Everytime they asked for his ID n refused to sell him cigarettes. Also wouldnt allow our dog Prince inside store but yet the larger woman that works there also has her dog behind the counter inside the store. Prices are higher then other smoke shops even 7-Eleven.Most recently I called to find out a price and refused to tell me. Stating the reason was because they just dont want to deal with it. Also saying all smoke shops feel the same way. Wrong I called another and got my price. By the way was cheaper. Point they need to change somethings gonna lose some customers. This place is great and has the best service of any smoke shop I've ever been to.

I've only dealt with two girls and a guy, but they were all knowledgeable, informative and very helpful.

I've bought cigars other tobacco products there. Also a cool bubbler. They have good stuff. 👌👍

I'm probably the most indecisive customer you could get and the young lady working was sooo helpful, even when I said I needed a minute she was very courteous, I had to listen to her get cussed at while two girls didn't have I'd an got mad at her for not selling to them and even this pair of men that were trying to get her to lower the price of a vape, like....bro you're not at a yard sale, you can't barter at a store lol

That aside let me tell you! They have such a great selection of products, glass wear that is absolutely gorgeous and so many options, plus the staff I've gotten to see in action are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Oh man and funny! Idk how they stay so positive after dealing with such rude people but they are just amazing! The lady that helped me deserves a raise if I'm being honest cuz I wouldn't be able to deal with that level of stress and disrespect.

I %100 recommend shopping here if you're a smoker! Staff is outstanding, selection is huge, and the prices are fair considering all the restrictions being put into place these days.

While I dread the day I break my glass wear again, I'm excited to go back and find another work of art and all the fun gadgets I can use along with it!

10/10 will shop again!

Pleasantly surprised by their cigar selection and very fair pricing. Staff was very nice and helpful. Facility is very clean and doesn’t have that funky smoke shop feeling. My new local go to spot!

Wow what a great shop. Very large selection. Couldn't find what I was looking for (a lighter with a cigar punch). The guy went through his lighter case until he found one.
Great service. I highly recommend this shop.
Also a vast selection of cigars.

The best selection if found of products on the central coast. The owner got me set up with my first vape as I move away from cigarettes. He really knows his stuff and answered all my questions with answers that make sence and are helpful. If your looking to get your smoking needs met this is a one stop shop that will bring you back with the quality of service and selection.

New to vapes and the employee was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions even though I asked alot of them. Ended up buying a device and a mini bubbler. Great shop and a huge selection.
