I just had the worst experience ever! I came across this rude employee today. She went off on me in front of lots of other customers and some of them were children. She was upset that I pressed a button on the machine. After I pressed the button, I can hear her yelling all the way from the back to the front. I explained to her that her behavior was extreme unprofessional and the way she was communicating her message was inappropriate. She agreed that she could’ve communicated her message better but never apologized and kept saying bizarre things how she was going to get fired. After she was done yelling at me, I asked for her name (since she wasn’t wearing her name tag) and she completely ignored me and walked to the back. When she went back you can hear her slamming things around. After I paid for my yogurt, I asked another associate for the rude employees name but refused to give it to me as well. I told the employee I wanted to privately email yogurtland about my experience. The rude employee came into the conversation and was yet again very confrontational. I was almost whispering since this was extremely embarrassing. Unfortunately, I had to snap a picture of her since she refused to share her name. Please check the cameras so you can see the bizarre behavior of your employee.

It was fine I guess. But I really do think the fruit should be cut into bite sized pieces. The strawberries were practically whole. I have a pretty simple order of the plain tart with strawberries and kiwis so it was just pretty disappointing.

The kids loved it here and they had a lot of gluten free options. You get to help yourself to everything and then they weigh your pot and charge you for the weigh. The price was very reasonable!

The crew at this location are especially lazy and routinely close up the shop 30 minutes early so that they can clean and go home early. The hours on google map are correct, the crew is just lazy at this location.

Nice place with loads of variety of delicious yogurts, the fruit are fresh and kids love the varieties, parents can avoid ice cream by taking kids to this place, lots of parking here and staff is good!!

I'm not going to be returning. the cashier saw that I selected no tip on the screen and she picked up the tip jar and slammed it on the counter. I couldn't believe it. I was so shocked I didn't say anything and left.

Nice place, but they charge WAY more than other Yogurtlands. Go to other ones - not this one - and get more value for your dollar.

No sampling at the moment, but you can get self serve froyo with a sanitized gloved hand. Then toppings are put on by the person behind the counter. Cashless transactions only, so only credit card, Apple, Samsung, and Google Pay are accepted.

I love the multitude of flavors. My favorite at the moment is taro and salted caramel pecan froyo with no sugar added dark chocolate chips, mochi, toffee chips, and yogurt chips. You can ask them to bring out the condensed milk drizzle from the back for the most decadent sugar bomb treat.
