I absolutely love this place. They are always so caring and kind and try to help with anything that they can. Amazing place, especially for people who have no time to drive all the way into South County, Oakville, ect.

Very nice little shop. We were very impressed with the place. Clean enclosures, beautiful aquariums not overcrowded with too many animals. They all look well cared for. it does not smell bad inside. Very friendly people. Answered all our questions and didn't seem bothered that we took the time to chat. We have bought 4 isopod/springtails cultures and they all seem healthy and active. If we ever need more this will be our go to place to get them. I can't forget to mention the cute pup they have. She happily greeted us both times we were there. 🙂 Thank you for your friendly customer service.

Not happy at all. Bought a Beta that was in a tank with a bunch of other fish and the water was not very clean. After one day, my tank, which had been clear for 3 days was very cloudy and now the fish is almost dead. I've transferred him to a fish bowl, but I don't think he's going to make it. I don't know if it's from the water he was in or what, but it's disappointing that he didn't survive and they don't have any warranty. I've had fish most of my life and never had one die this quickly. I won't be going back to this place. I wasn't impressed with the condition of the tanks or the service. The layout was awkward and very difficult to move around with a walker. I'll go somewhere else that at least guarantees them for a certain period of time. I've had betas live for years, so I know how to care for them.

Update: WOW! You're response to me was really unprofessional as a business owner. I have had fish tanks most of my 60 + years. Yes, all fish die at some point but I've had much success. And no, I only had to clean my tropical tanks maybe once a year with proper maintenance. I'm not the idiot you made me out to be. My brother is a herpatoplogist and gave me much guidance. In addition to fish I have had snakes, lizards and iguanas. I've also had numerous betas and none have died in 2 days. So, please don't make your customers feel like idiots. You do things your way, but that doesn't mean that's the only way.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. They are so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They have an amazing variety of aquatic and reptile species. I absolutely love snails, so I was basically a kid in a candy shop there with the different varieties of snails that they had. I purchased snails and Cory Cats from them and all of them are doing fantastic in my community tank! Go support your local businesses!

I just want to say the manager Nate was a God send for me! He was the most knowledgeable person about fish! I called because I was at a loss when I've called 5 other aquatic shops today within a 30 mile radious. They closed at 7 but he stayed on the phone with me on Sunday nearly 30 mins past close just to make sure I had everything in check in the new 55 gallon I just bought for my new Discus fish last week. He even told me to buy things that weren't from his store just to help me because he knows I live about 30 minutes away from his store. I value so much in a person like that. He isn't just about making money and owning a business but truly cares about other people's concerns and this hobby. It's hard to find someone like this! He deserves every bit of business and praise! Please go see him and check out his business!

Our family had a wonderful experience there as we were getting our son his first tank of fish. The owner gave us incredibly helpful information on how to set up a successful tank. I highly recommend this business.

Small store, but every tank was clean and all fish looked happy and healthy. As I said small store so smaller selection of fish, but had some harder to find fish, which is nice. Also had a small selection of products. Absolutely gorgeous Koi pond with some of the most gorgeous koi I've seen. The man running it was very nice and helpful and seemed very knowledgeable.
