This place was horrible. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The woman followed me around staring and even after I left because I felt uncomfortable, she still followed and watched me. She never once cracked a smile and I have an adorable baby with me that most people say hi to. I went and bought things from Go. They are in the same mall and the staff was nice.

The man working there was extremely rude and aggressive. I've never experienced such behavior in a store. He was nasty with my child and when I approached him he was rude to me. Stay away from this place! I've attached a photo so you can see the person in question.

If a 0 star review was an option, that’s what this place would deserve. Went today to check out the store and see if they had any Pokémon cards. They did- but they were counterfeit. We bought two packs and noticed they looked odd. We opened one pack as soon as we walked out of the store. And just as predicted- the cards were absolutely ridiculous. We brought the cards from the one pack back to explain these are fake. The worker acted clueless and called the boss and they acted clueless as well. Not only is this extremely wrong- ITS ILLEGAL. It infringes on the copyright and this is a federal offense. We are reporting the store to Nintendo and other places. Do not support this business. We know we weren’t the only ones scammed for this as there were only four of these packs left in the box they had. I feel bad for any parent or child scammed by this business.

Me and my wife went to this toy shop and we were looking at the incense and this rude old man came over to us and asked if we were gonna buy anything and insulted us saying if your gonna smell them at least put them back right and came stomping over even though it was already like that me and my wife had nothing to do with it. We were gonna buy a set too. Not after that rude son of a b did that. I am surprised this store is still in business. I tried to call to complain but the old man answered the phone so I hung up. The woman that works there is very polite it’s the man that’s the problem. I would never let my child around someone so disrespectful and aggressive to children and their parents. Will never come there again as long as that man still works there. If he’s the owner then eventually their business will fail. Do not go there ever unless only the woman is working. If the man is there at all you will have a terrible experience.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This establishment has awful customer service and ridiculous prices. These people sell childrens toys and yell at kids touching them. Their policy is if your child touches the toy you have to buy it. I would love to see this place go out of business. I usually never leave bad business reviews, but this place takes the cake. I wouldn’t even leave a star if that was possible.

Staff was incredibly welcoming and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. A lovely lady who worked there gave us 10% off our purchase.

To top it off - they are honest. they accidentally overcharged us a small $4.99 and chased us while we were leaving to refund us. I honestly would have probably never noticed the discrepancy, so good on them for being honest.

Plus they have the largest squishmellow collection of any store

As many others mentioned, I walked in with a small child who was attracted to all the KIDS toys they have IN THE FRONT of the store. My son took a toy that was reachable at his height and pushed it around. Some grumpy dude came over and said no playing with toys in the store and practically ripped it out of his hands. Agreed with other reviewers - maybe don’t sell childrens’ toys if you don’t like children!!! What else do you expect from having kids toys in the front of your store at their height?! Will never ever give my business to this place. Highly do not recommend!
