This place is not great. Does not tell you that you have to order online to get specific cards and, when I take my time to come out here and waste my gas, he can’t even help me get a few cards. Every card shop I have ever gone to will go through cards for you, but nope. Not them. Told me he was busy and then stepped out to have a cigarette. Worst place ever. Wasted gas. Didn’t get anything. Zero stars

Just support your local card shop!! Much love to the little guys!!

Edit because of reply: I quite enjoy your attempt in making me out to be wrong. You were not patient and were actually quite confusing because you kept beating around the bush and saying “this one time I’ll let it slide” and I don’t even understand what you were going to let slide. As you stated at the store I would not be able to get my cards that day. I would have to order online. Your “online people” may go pick the cards for me “within 10 minutes” but I am not getting my cards in 10 minutes. I would have to come back to the store another day as you had stated to me. You did not articulate well, you miscommunicated multiple times, beat around the bush and lied.
Once again, I can go to most card shops and they will take the time and care to actually attend to me and get me what I want AND be straight forward.

Brought my 2 boys in to purchase Pokémon cards. Owner/Employee were incredibly friendly and helpful and made the experience great. Staff member recommended events held by local library to help kids understand how to play the game and offered a free poster to both of them. Pricing is incredibly fair, store is clean and organized. We will 100% be back to support this business because of how well we were treated.

This store is great! Especially the respectful staff like Eric. I have read a couple of comments talking about selling things above msrp. It is simply how you make profit if he was selling for example Prismatic Evolutions for 5 - 4 dollars a pack it would simply be bought out my a scalper and resold. If you think you can find these rare sets in big retailers like target, Walmart and others you would probably be wrong as you’re not going to. My son loves this store and often visits it with his dad and I’ve been a couple times. The staff is very nice even giving us tips about food spots and other things as we just recently move into Antioch IL.

The owner is nice and the shop is cool but unfortunately there are regular customers who talk politics and im a Democrat and they were making fun of Democrats and liberals...made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't care for that. I like a more welcoming environment where I feel at home. Unfortunately this wasn't it. Otherwise it's a good place to get cards and stuff

If you want to get ripped off shop here. Just got charged (with a straight face) 40% over market price. $300.00 is what I paid and got no cash discount either.

He will prob reply with some junk but the straight face he had when over charging the crap outta me is the real problem.

Had the best experience here! Eric was super knowledgeable, and if I'm honest, some of what he was talking about with my 16 year old went a little over my head, despite also playing the tcg with my kids on the regular lol very patient with kids and I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!!

Charging almost 3x MSRP on prismatic evolutions,

when I went into the shop he confronted me and refused to do business with me after I called and confirmed a price with him because of this review, he said the shop owners don't want to do business with me unless I take my review down. I refused to take down the post and he tried to do business with me for a trade in, he offered $35 for 7000 cards in NM condition.. you can get more money for your trade ins at other places plus his prices are high. I won't be shopping here anymore, that's alright.

Wonderful shop that has a huge selection of Disc Golf accessories. Also great video games of all sorts, video game accessories, board games and collectibles. Great customer service.
