The guy absolutely knows what he's doing and was able to get my Xbox back to me the next day! Probably the best
customer service experience I've ever had, as he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had gone to PC EMT a year prior to fix a broken HDMI port, and they had done an amateur job that led to a capacitor being displaced internally! Fortunately, he was able to fix it. Definitely worth the drive.
