Came in originally to return/ exchange shoes bought from the previous day at a different wss. The shoes were still within the box, never worn and I still had a receipt with me. When I walked in, I asked an employee, Reginald if I could do a return or exchange. Instantly, he informed me that I couldn't and needed to go somewhere else, even though I had asked the manager the day I purchased the shoes if this was fine and was told yes. Since the employee told me no, I wanted to confirm this with the manager, so I began to call the store manager from the store I initially purchased the shoes on my phone to ask if returns or exchanges were fine. As I was on the phone call, the employee was rude, making unnecessary comments and telling me I couldn't be on the phone in the store. Forcefully trying to make me leave. He was laughing and telling me he had the right to refuse service. The manager of the WSS ended up coming over and helping me while verifying the validity of my purchase and said everything I had was fine and my receipt was valid, so there was no issue doing the return/exchange. Very displeased with the customer service received at this location especially when I had everything needed to process the return. I hope WSS does better training their employees in proper customer service.

One of if not the best WSS’s in the county! Great staff, Great selection of clothing and shoes. A LOT of deals if that’s what you’re looking to get. Me and my wife talked to almost every employee, just to see if they were all on the same page. Man, we can tell you, they are very polite and very much knowledgeable about their positions. Will definitely be shopping here again!

PS, Me and my wife were present when the Guard had an ongoing issue with a woman who wasn’t understanding what the guard was saying to her. We remember him saying you couldn’t return clearance items that were marked off 50%. She continued to tell the guard he is wrong. We stayed in the store for quite some time, The store manager comes in and approves the guards actions. Ultimately Leading to the woman not being able to return.

Today me and my family experience uncomfortable situation while me and my family were shopping. There was a customer just trying to do a return instore with recipe and the security guard or employee was being rudely" and insulting a women with his nasty behavior I never seen so poor customer services and trying to kick her out the store he was a male talking to a female rudely that's not right his behavior was absolute disappointing

I thought the employee was very un professional I definitely will not shop here again.

The women are so helpful at this location! Helped me get my kids shoes together and figured out their sizes for me as well.
Only complaint I have is the readiness of the staff on the floor. Sometimes it seems as if no one is there to help you. Other than that GREAT LOCATION!! Finally have 1 in town 🙂
