Very rude staff. I went in with my son and the male at the checkout counter started showing an attitude. Maybe he was underpaid, or maybe he fought with his wife - not sure but not my problem. Anyways, don't go there - haughty staff.

January 17, 2022. I found 2 nice pretty gifts 🎁 there for a friend's daughter. There was only 1 worker, but she was so nice & helpful.

Terrible (understatement) customer service. I went to the store and as usual there’s no greeting whatsoever. I requested for some clothes to be exchanged without a receipt and since it was a set they were not together. The girl there was very very rude and just said these have been “ripped apart” when she could have just said it’s missing a hanger. They were not ripped apart.. all the tags are intact.. When I asked for her name to provide feedback she said she doesn’t have to give me that. I asked for manager’s contact and she said she is not going to give as well.. instead she started telling me that I was rude. I have never been treated like this at any store worldwide before.. felt like customer service does not mean anything at this store. Will NEVER go to this store and would advise people to buy elsewhere if they care about customer service. The guy seemed okay but was quiet while this was happening.. Janie and Jack do you interview people or is it first come first serve thing?

Terrible store. The temp manager is calling the police on me because I requested her to tell her name for refund process. To make me go away without her name, she grabbed her phone and called the police and locked herself up in the back leaving store empty. I have to filmed our conversation to protect myself. Did I mention that my child was horrified by her exaggerated behavior?!!!! All for her name.

Horrible customer service (DONT ORDER FROM THEM!)
Horrible customer service! Wanted to refund my order before it came, tell me to wait four days until it came and I waited four days and the order status changed to fulfilled and when I checked it, it said it was delivered and it had a picture of the package and apartment and I do live at an apartment, but that was not my apartment complex office it wasn’t near where it was and I went to my apartment office and the filed a missing report and they said that they haven’t gotten any packages missing or seen yet and when I tried to talk to customer service they said they couldn’t do anything because it was already delivered and then I reported it to the police, but I already reported it and the next day when I tried to talk to customer service again. They ended the chat on me. I don’t see the point in having customer service if you’re not willing to help in any situation or if you’re not able to refund anything after placing an order even if you don’t want it anymore or even if it’s missing at all. DONT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!

Horrible customer service!! As soon as we walked in we were not greeting what so ever, instead she stared at us with a displeased stare. We came ready to buy as we came from out of town but left as if we felt uncomfortable and unwanted in the store. People like that should not be working in customer service.

The clothes are great quality but very few items are a deal or a good selection like their website. I don't have to deal with people and it gets mailed to my door.

Very COVID conscious and staff willing to limit in store occupancy to avoid problems. Plenty of staff to help you get in and out quickly.
