Incredibly thoughtful and generous people running this store. They helped me find a toy that was completely sold out or impossible to deliver in time for Christmas at all the big box stores. It was the exact same price or cheaper. Then when I came back to ask if they had a different version, the owner/manager gifted me one she was given that is a special edition not even available in stores!

I am desperately looking for this toy the night before I fly out of the country for my partner’s niece. I’m desperate because the one I ordered online turned out to be only a case not the actual toy ha. Incredible turn around in my fortunes it feels like a Christmas miracle. Cannot thank them enough. Happy to have such nice people as a retailer in my neighborhood.

Enjoyed our Woot Bear pit stop this year while in SF. Was able to snag a couple of Sonny Angels for my daughter and ran into DJ Lance from Yo Gabba Gabba!

I love Woot Bear! The selection of blind boxes are awesome and they have a case where you can buy some of the pre opened items that they have! One thing I would say that I didn’t really like was how cold the cashiers seemed. Maybe that’s how they run things, but it wasn’t very welcoming.

Perfect place to get adorable toys and high quality blind packs. The customer service is great! If you have any questions about ordering in person or online, just message them on Instagram and they’ll get back to you! They were super nice and helped me order exactly what I wanted

Felt a bit rushed as I was always asked if I was set to pay when I didn’t even make eye contact with the staff and was still busy looking around the store. They’re well stocked with the blind boxes though. They said to follow their Instagram account to be informed of the new stocks, etc.

Visited this shop on vacation. They had very cute blind boxes and cool stuff. But the front desk person was sooooooo rude, I almost walked right out! She caught an attitude when I touched a box under the table. There was no need to talk to a customer that way.

Adorable place with lots of really cool collectibles! While they offer more famous figures such as gudetama and unicorno, they have lots of interesting finds that you might not see ever again! If you're a fan or collector of figurines, or maybe just someone looking for cute desk decorations, I'd 100% recommend this place!
