I'm only giving 2 stars. They sent my alcohol ink products in USED ZIP LOCK BAGS!! I purchased the "big ink collection" and spent a LOT of money. For the amount I purchased and for the price I paid, I'm very shocked at their "packaging" presentation when I received the box. 3-4 large gallon sized bags that they had put the inks in. Not only that, but the bags had been previously used! There were also duplicate colors in this collection. And they are false advertising that this is "all" 170 of their vibrant colors. Though the colors are bright, this is not "all" 170 of their colors because they actually have over 282 colors. Unacceptable! I emailed them about the duplicate colors (11 colors in all were duplicates, that's 22 bottles of ink colors) and I have yet to hear back from them.

I don’t know why they would move the crystals to the front if the employee has to silently watch every move you make from 6 feet away. Very awkward and unwelcoming environment
