Went in this evening close to closing, was met by an impatient I’m guessing child worker, especially by the way she handled her end of day emotions. Short skinny girl with brown hair in a ponytail. Anyways my daughter brought up her toys to checkout and she proceeded to tell off my child how it actually meant to only pick one ring being extremely rude about it, making an 8 yr old turn red and apologize instead of being understanding. Rude as hell. Maybe they should higher more emotionally stable employees.

The place is a hidden gem. The person at the checkout counter was amazing and so very helpful! I love to shop local over the big stores especially when the people working there go out of the way to offer suggestions and help you out. My kids also loved the store of course. We even bought a game for one of her suggestions for our kindergartner and 1st grader. Highly recommend it the kids love it. Zingo sight words.

Cody is the consummate employee. He greeted us as soon as we came through the door. I asked for his suggestions for a bday gift for a 10 year old girl, and he knew exactly what we should get. I purchased his recommendations! He was knowledgeable and polite. Then he brought us up to the register and offered the free gift wrapping- and his colleague made it so beautiful! Thankful we came in today!

We love this place! So many great things for our grandkids. Can't get this stuff at Walmart or Target. And such a selection of puzzles for my wife! Grandson's birthday is tomorrow, found plenty for him in .minutes.

Love this toy store! The staff goes out of their way to make you feel as if you're a valued customer and there's a wonderful selection of toys and games. They encourage the kids to play with a story of toys out on display from musical ones to r/c. The store has a loyalty program that rewards you with $10 for every $100 spent, which is fantastic! There's always something to find as they bring in a variety of seasonal items as well. Overall, two thumbs way up!
