Simply the best candles of all-time and the one pictured is legitimately the best scent my sniffer has ever smelled in my 44 years on the planet!!! Nice people, small business, great quality! What's not to like! The end.

We visited this candle shop over the holidays, driving 30 minutes out of our way specifically to support a small business. Unfortunately, the experience was unnecessarily frustrating.
We had one order but simply asked for two separate bags to accommodate separate recipients. The owner refused and instead suggested we purchase a gift bag. While we completely understand the need to save on costs, it seemed unnecessarily combative and a huge waste of time to require me to walk out of the store, have my sister come in, and make her own purchase—just to prove there were two of us instead of one.
It was a strange and rigid policy that didn’t make much sense from a customer service standpoint. A little flexibility and understanding would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the owner’s approach left a negative impression that overshadowed the quality of the candles themselves. Disappointing experience, and not worth the extra drive.

Fun place to shop for yourself and all your friends and family. Truly something for everyone. Don't let the name fool you. They have much more than candles. Lots of local treats, from locally made food to clothing to jewelry.

I like shopping here, but I had a bad interaction with the person running their Instagram account. I messaged because I bought a candle which had a piece of scrap paper stuck in the wax. Eventually, the wax melted enough I was able to pull the paper out. Anyway I wanted to know if this was some sort of promotion where lucky customers find a hidden gift in their candle, given it was the holidays. And if not, then at least they should know about this for quality control. I've purchased several candles from here and this is the first that had paper inside of it. BUT their Instagram person seemed to have absolutely no concept of what I was saying and the conversation was going nowhere so I dropped it. We were amused at finding something in our candle, but the communication was frustrating.

I ordered the Syracuse Otto navy hoodie and I absolutely love it! The material is soft and comfy. I also ordered the 2 pk Autumn in Cuse and Thankful candles. They smell wonderful. I haven't even lit them yet and I can already smell them. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from you guys again.

My wife wanted to check it out for Christmas gifts. It was well organized and they had a lot of inventory. Tons of small gift ideas. They make their own candles on site which is pretty cool. The prices seem a little high. The store was clean and prices were visible on everything. This kind of merchandise isn't really my thing so I likely wouldn't be going back unless my wife drags me again (or if I'm looking for stocking stuffers for my wife) but it's a very well done store.

Soy wax candles are bomb, I came in like 15 mins to closing and they didn’t rush me or anything at all. Chat bot online answers literally right away (even at 9pm) which is super helpful.

I visited Witty Wicks to pick up a gift (ended up being a couple gifts) for my wife. The store and shopping experience was great. The store has so many awesome home decor products. Courtney and Donnie provide excellent customer service. I will definitely be back:-)
