Ordered from the website, several days went by, questioned about the order status 2 times before I got a reply, they were gone, ok understood, then asked for tracking number over the last 2 days since they made it sound like they are back,, no response, 8 days later they refunded me after I filed a PayPal claim, I guess it's to hard to comunicate with customers and reply to an email and awnser my question if it has been shipped or not on an almost $500 order. They sure responded fast on a refund after I filed the PayPal claim though... to bad they can't do that with emails or shipping items out
