Awesome store. When I say stocked, I mean stocked. Other groceries stores and markets had run out of Thanksgiving last minute items. I suggested to my mom we go to WinCo, being that I’d been there only twice before. I was sure they’d have what she wanted last minute. When I say had more than what we wanted. I had to get my mom out of the store before she picked up any more items. Great store, large store. Every and anything you want is there.

I would give them a 5 stars but unfortunately they allowed dogs or they don't stop them from getting in and it disgusting to see dogs inside the carts we're We put FOOD. Anyway, we love shopping at Apple Valley WinCo. Cashiers and workers in general are very nice and helpful. I do not recommend Victorville though, I went once and I regretted big time starting at the parking lot. Oh well, like my husband told me,,, it's Victorville duh 🙄

I was checking out at the self check out for the first time and was struggling and frustrated with the machine.
The associate, Brian, was visibly irritated with my needing assistance. Was chatting with another employee and rolling his eyes when he came to swipe his badge. Said snarky comments such as, "Of course you don't press that button," and "other customers figured it out."

Those remarks were rude and just uncalled for. That isn't the attitude of someone who is providing customer service.

I've always had very pleasant experiences with the staff at this facility and am disappointed in his behavior.

I love the meat department folks, they are so kind and helpful! Sometimes I ask them for custom requests and they always help me out and give me great service. Shoutout to Chad and the other guys whose names I can't remember<3

I'm used to the one in Fontana but this location is even bigger. Friendly staff and the prices are great. Busy store with both self checkout and real live cashiers. The only thing wrong with this store is the customers. They just don't seem to care. They mess up the store, acting like complete fools. Have some dignity for crying out loud. Otherwise the store and the employees are great. Hasn't changed.

I like this place but they always keep the same worker at the self checkout and she’s so rude. I’ve worked retail before and I’m shocked that winco keeps putting someone like Tiana at the front when she clearly hates her job. A little bit of people skills is required to handle customers

Good prices on meat. Except Coca Cola 2 liters. Those are almost always pretty high. Great selection of bulk bins. Love that. Check out lines are almost always long. Overall a good place to shop.

Grind fresh coffee, bulk buys of nuts and flours/etc, good prices on tri-tips, good selections on vegetables/fruits. Overall, good prices. This is our go-to grocery store.
