I went in to sell some cards i called prior to my visit was told that the cards I sell to them would be automatically 25% knocked off i understood that came; came in and went about selling they bought my cards giving me only 25% of its value. You can do better then this sell online through ebay or marketplace. I had checked it's value on TCG player but they acted to unfazed when they gave me an offering. One item was worth $10 resale and they legitimately bought off from me for a $1. I understand trying to make a profit but just straight up ripping off your customers is wild.

I've come in a few times to buy yugioh as well they act like I'm the lowest type out there. I understand it's not the biggest product these days but the disrespect given is something you hear and also feel. It's discouraging to come in and treated that way especially when your a customer!

The staff as well act like they are all that. Like they are better then you. When in fact reality check you work in a card shop making barely minimum wage. Treat your customers with respect acknowledge them and respect their interests. You may know somethings about the trading card community but making yourself seem like your all that is quite lame. You aren't all that🤣 Get a real job/career

Avoid this place if you value honesty and good customer service. My 11-year-old son was excited to buy a game here, especially since it was advertised as having a new battery. Well, that was a flat-out lie—as soon as he started playing, a message popped up saying the internal battery had run dry and could not be played. When we went back for a refund, they refused and would only offer store credit.

Now, instead of enjoying his game, we have to take it to Steel Collectibles (just two minutes away and way better, by the way) and pay out of pocket to fix something that should have been working in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

Win Condition Games, is a great store. My wife and I go there around once or twice a month because my wife Ioves the Pokemon plushies. And I go there because of the Nintendo switch games and amiibos. Both are for fantastic prices. They also give much better trade in values than GameStop.
And lastly, all of the employee’s are nice, polite and helpful. Hince why I give them 5 stars. Both my wife and I highly recommend them.

Ps. This is where I bought Hogwarts Legacy for a much better price than it’s usual pre owned $50-$55 at other stores

The shop itself was great but we had a pretty negative first experience. We did in-store pickup for some cards and were told it would be about 10 minutes. We then spent the next 35+ minutes wandering the store and just looking at stuff. After all this time had passed we asked about the cards and got told they “had called our name earlier multiple times” and that the cards had been ready this entire time. It’s not a huge store and we stayed towards the front, there also wasn’t a lot of people so we 100% would have heard. The cashier also doubled down to say they called our name multiple times which is a straight up lie. We also had heard them calling another persons order and we could hear just fine. Overall customer service for the order was not good and was a little frustrating, especially then being gaslit that our name was called “multiple times” when we know it wasn’t even called once. Overall we will probably still shop here because it was a good store and people were overall nice, but this was a bit disappointing.

I've seen this store for a while and always wanted to go in. I finally checked it out and it was amazing. Very large room to play cards. Tons of Pokemon selections cards, plushies and other merch. They had classic games for all platforms. Definitely the best anime store I've seen that's not at a Mall. I will definitely be back.

This place claims they combat against scalpers, yet they price their products as much as, or worse than the scalpers. But hey, they are the “good guys.” Absolute garbage for the Pokemon community. I understand trying to make money, but don’t call yourself the good guys fighting scalping then sell at the same price as the people you are apparently against. Looks very shady.
