First time here. It is kind of weird when you first see it because it is called a drive thru but you can’t drive thru to order. It’s a walk-up. You walk up to the window and order your items. They do have a couple tables in front if you want to sit and eat but it is only outside. I think it is shared with next door.

The bagel I ordered was the Ultimate Bagel with Chorizo, Cheddar Cheeses, avocado, egg and jalapeño cream cheese. I did opt out of the avocado and cream cheese because i did not want too much on my bagel that day. Big mistake i should have left the bagel as is because without the cream cheese it did not taste anything special. My friend got the Santa Fe and she loved it, but she said they put too much mayo.

Customer service was good. The lady at the counter was nice and the food came right away.

Pros: fast service, soft bagels which make easy to bite. Bagel size seems bigger than the standard bagel.

Cons: not a drive thru, pricey for a bagel, bagel shaped weird.

Overall experience 3.5 stars.

The last three times I’ve ordered from here they have messed up my order. I asked for a jalapeño bagel they give me plain. I asked for double toasted and it’s soggy. I ask for extra veg I get less than the normal amount. These employees need to pay closer attention especially when it’s not busy. It’s frustrating spending extra to get the bare minimum. I think it’s my last time ordering from this location.

So happy that this Brentwood staple has finally opened a location in Oakley! Their soft opening seems to be going well. Very friendly and helpful employees and same great Willy’s quality! Expect a bit longer wait right now, but it was still just fine. They have a walk-up window for now, and will shortly open their drive thru. They have a few nice tables outside!

This location is way better than the brentwood one in my opinion. The bagels are fresher and taste better, the coffee blends are done well, the staff is friendlier and they get my order right. Definitely coming to this location from now on!

Don’t expect freshly baked bagels here! I thought this place has fresh warm bagels so I went at 7am to get a sandwich…the bread was so hard and stale and it was barely even toasted.. it was at least several days old. I called and asked if they make them fresh daily and they said yes so I asked them if they made the sesame bagel this morning and they quickly couldn’t give me an answer. Why I just paid $10 for a stale bagel I’ll never know…

$10 for 2 doughnut shaped bread with cream cheese is a crime. Anyone who's actually eaten a bagel will know that these are not bagels. Just bread. Won't be back.

Placed an order for pickup through the drive thru… Young workers gave no emotion after I was being nice and saying please and thank you. Got home to the bagels having barely any cream cheese on them. I actually had to use my own cream cheese at home to add to them. If I’m paying $6 plus dollars for a bagel I expect them not to go cheap on the cream cheese. I shouldn’t have to use my own or buy an extra 6oz. This goes for all the Willy’s but the Oakley one was the least cream cheese.
