Was part of a tour group on a Wednesday evening. Service was good. The food (buffet style) was not so good. The poor guy playing guitar and singing was okay too, but had to suffer through sparse applause and zero tips. Pretty tired experience.

The two young ladies at the gift shop were extremely pleasant and actually apologized for the awful experience we had as tourists for the person pete who owns the gas station museum in Williams Arizona. Thank you for a pleasant instead of a horrible experience.

Definitely would not go back here… we paid for our buffet and had to wait for the hostess to go bus a table for not only us but every guest waking in…once we got a table we went to get our food and there was hardly anything left, don’t understand how you offer a buffet with no food… also waitress didn’t go to our table for drinks for maybe 15 minutes and when I asked for a refund we were only given a partial refund even after we never got drinks or any food. Very disappointing…

Its okay for a buffet.
We booked a package with hotel, train, and food, but the food was the low point for me. The servers are prompt and friendly. But there wasn't much selection for a buffet, and what was offered was just all right, nothing spectacular. Dessert is offered- but only after your meal-- the servers serve dessert, its not out at the buffet like at most buffets.
