Rarely have anyone available for permanent jewelry. Got a bracelet done by them when they had the little stand and it got loose so I wanted it tightened but they have weird inconsistent hours it’s super inconvenient. I would’ve even gotten another bracelet but they lost out on money and business because of this. Ended up going to oceanne in pine crest. They were wonderful can’t wait for them to open the location in Crocker.

This store is so cute but the reason I’m only giving 2 stars is I purchased 4 Fall dish towels and I came home and took them off hanger and they are faded! I took pictures but we were visiting and went to Crock Park and we live 2 hours away. These kitchen towels must’ve been there a long time. Very disappointed

I can not say enough about the customer service of Whimsey Willow.
I struggle with decorating and the co Owner Cheryl Bauer has come to my rescue on several occasions. She has a true niche for decorating.
Karen and Tara two of the employees are always so attentive and always remember my name when I walk through the door.
I look forward to every visit knowing I will always find the perfect gift or a little something for myself 🙂
Great addition, and exactly what Crocker Park had been missing!

What a gem of a store! With so much shopping done online, I almost forgot the thrill of browsing pretty shelves and finding just the right something to give as a gift or for myself. The employees were very welcoming as was the store itself. I want everything in there.

Accidentally walked in 5 minutes before closing but they still let me shop the Christmas clearance! Got two wonderful items that I can't wait to put up! Excellent customer service and I can't wait to go back!

Stopped in to check the place out and was interested in purchasing a few items. Got up to the check out around the same time as another customer who was on the wrong side. The employee working the register completely disregarded I was there and told the other lady to come to that side and took care of her. Decided to put my items back and leave. Not very good customer service.

I have to visit this little gem every time we go to Crocker Park. Sometimes I buy stuff, sometimes I just browse. The items are all so cute. Definitely stop into this little store if you enjoy home decor and unique gifts!
