Very knowledgeable in all things to do with music!

Rented a saxophone 🎷 for my son and the whole process was very convenient, quick and spontaneous cuz we didn't let them know in advance that we were coming!

During an internet search, I ran across an instrument on West Valley's used/consignment page that I had been looking for. I am from out of state but I checked with the store to see if they would be willing to ship it to me. I communicated with Craig by email and phone to purchase the instrument and have it shipped. It was a great experience! Craig was very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend doing business with this store. I wish they were in my back yard!

A true gem in the South Bay! Excellent customer service! I was able to schedule a drop off outside business hours to have my daughter’s clarinet serviced and the result was amazing! This Clarinet is 40 years old and came back looking brand new and ready for 40 more years!

I really enjoy this music store in general. All interactions I've had have been pleasant and was quickly in and out of the store even when they had a power outage hahaha
The owner also helped me out tremendously by pointing me to some community bands to look into
I've only lived in CA for a little over a year and thought I'd be playing my instrument at home exclusively, but now I have something to practice up for and look forward to

I shopped for needed instrument rental as well as listed supplies for my granddaughter who was to begin music lessons at her school.
The items were needed for the next day, so I was a bit worried that they would have everything need.
The shop was busy when I arrived, but staff reassured me they would help me soon, but also asked what I needed. I was able to get instant relief that they had everything and would help me soon.
To say the least, I was impressed with their knowledge and patience as they explained store policy.
I highly recommend this shop as they had a lot of different instruments, books and accessories stocked.
