I ordered some things from them online which never arrived and I despite several attempts to contact them I did not hear anything back - so I'm out of pocket and don't have a birthday present for my friend. Very disappointed, especially with the service. I will purchase direct from the supplier next time.

What a wonderful shop full of beautiful things to buy for gifts (and as treats for yourself)! There are some really unique gifts and many can be personalised. My favourite things are... the colourful glass, the wooden tree candle holders, the bright bird prints, the pebble pictures, the Bristol photographs ...actually I love it all. Well worth a visit.

I went to the shop to purchase a item that was put by a sales assistant for me when I arrived to buy it the lady in the shop picked it from the window and noticed that it was broken ? To my astonishment was asked to come back and she would glue it back together. I declined the offer but purchased another one.
