Excellent management, Tanisha is the best, had an air condition issue, and she jumped on it expeditiously, she handled everything without the help of the maintenance men/man she is one that wears many hat's around here, always making sure thing's are in order, but I also love the fact that she's always genuine, always ask how your doing etc. I truly appreciate her. I love the fact that it's always clean, the resistance, are like family here. I also appreciate how management/ Tanisha always come up with new and innovative ideas to bring the residence together, through monthly get togethers, party's games and monthly birthday gatherings. Thank you so much for being you & you're appreciated.

Ms. Tanisha is absolutely wonderful. She assisted my husband and mother in law in getting my mother in law into Way Station. She made the experience easy, smooth, and fast as possible. She has been a great resource throughout the process of getting my mother in law settled.

My mother, Shirley Smith, resided at Ways Station Apartments in Richmond Hill, GA, which is owned by Gateway Management. My mother passed away on August 18th and we cleared her apartment on August 30th with Mr. Mike. He gave me Angellis number to received my mother’s security deposit back. I spoke with Angellis in early September and she told me we would receive my mother’s deposit in one to two weeks. Never received anything! I called back again numerous of times and literally had to leave a voicemail stating I would leave a BBB complaint before someone called me back in less than 10 minutes. I think her name was Trina. She said she would email the location and get my mother’s apartment clearance work and call me back. Three more weeks past and still nothing! I have called numerous of times and left voicemails with HR, accounting, Angellis, and spoke with a few people who said they would call back and never do! I’m sure someone else is living in the apartment now, and I don’t understand what is so hard about them releasing her security deposit.

Good morning 🌞 sorry for late review I lived at Ways Station for one year from Nov. 2019 until Nov 2020 had a wonderful experience. I only moved out to live with family . Georgia, the manger, was helpful in every way, the building is clean and cared for and so were the tenants . Thanks for a great place to live and God BLESSINGS 🙏🏾 Debbie

There's nice apartments but the only unfair thing I see is that those apartments are for Senior people that life with social security and they are so expensive for them and every year the rents go up , some of the Senior can't afford the cost due to they just receive Social security. I think that corporate should analize the way they due they calculate the income to be fair with our Seniors people. Other than that I would gave 5 start.

I've been living here about a year the best management team great group of people lives here we are so close of being family looking out for each other, lots of people need assistance in different areas but we take time to care. Just because we are 55+,it's call privacy.
