I have nothing but positive things to say about this Warby Parker location. I had a difficult experience at another location years ago, which made me hesitant to try again. However, desperation took hold as my current glasses were seeing the end in sight, and a location opened up very near me, so I took a chance.

The team at this new Deerfield location completely changed my perception. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, patient, and truly committed to helping me.

Jenny, in particular, went above and beyond. She not only helped me in every way possible but also put in extra time, effort, and ingenuity to ensure I found exactly what I needed. Her dedication and problem-solving made all the difference, and I left feeling genuinely taken care of.

The eye doctor was also fantastic—helpful, approachable, and thorough. Dr. Merchant made sure my eye exam went smoothly and took the time to walk me through my options for contacts. I left with contacts that I didn’t even know could actually be comfortable! My last experience had me in discomfort with every blink, and I thought that was just how it had to be. Thanks to her expertise, I now have a solution that actually works for me.

I’m so grateful for this experience and highly recommend this location - especially Jenny and the Dr. Merchant - to anyone looking for outstanding service!

This Warby Parker location is seriously great. I had ordered and just received 2 pairs of glasses from them and needed one pair adjusted and honestly didn’t love the second pair. Jenny helped me with both things, including indulging me in trying on a bunch of new frames and giving solid advice. I walked out with an order for a new pair of glasses and my other pair adjusted. I can’t get over how fun and helpful she is and how easy the process to return/exchange was!

What a fabulous experience at this 6 week old Warby Parker. Store was gorgeous! Dr was lovely and so knowledgeable! Nick helped me with picking out glasses afterwards and he was fabulous!!!

Was so easy to set up an appointment online, they were very welcoming, the doctor was friendly and so caring, the manager was super helpful, the staff was a bunch of wonderful people, and they all seem to understand when I needed help and when I should be left alone without having to ask. Helped me find the perfect lenses, and everything was done in less than a half hour. Manager even sent me my itemized reciept so I can send it to my insurance to get them to cover it.

Went to purchase new frames today, and had the best experience. I was greeted upon coming in, and while I knew what frames I was interested in, Dimitri was exceptional. He helped me find the frames I was interested in, offered suggestion, and took his time with me. I’ve loved WP for years, and am thrilled there is one a little closer to home.
