Exceptional selection of frames, but a very inpatient clerk. Announced he did not want to “waste his time” with my inquiry. Unusual for a high end shop in a wealthy neighborhood to treat a customer in such a dismissive manner.

I have had all positive experiences when I have visited this framing store on West Portal. My most recent experience was with Laninie Monsef who helped me frame a very special poem in early June. I appreciated her friendliness, assistance , and her enthusiasm. She helped me pick a beautiful frame that looked fabulous with the art and the poem. Since I was out of town when the framing was completed my niece it up when it was ready and sent it off to may friends in Phiily. I was in Philly when it arrived. It was as beautiful as I had hoped it would be. Lainie did an excellent job of padding the frame and it shipped without damage!! Thanks Lainie to you and your framing team!!
