I'm shopping in the store just to shop on Amazon. Stop locking everything up. Now, even the underwear is locked. Just close the store. I'm sick of trying to find someone to go thru 4 cases to find what I want and basically shop with me. I want to be left alone. Seriously, if it's so bad you had to lock up underwear, just close the store. What is the point if we can't shop properly. Literally just order from Amazon in your Walmart store because of this, and it was the same price .

I had an issue with an mid- aged lady at customer service.
The item was paid with a debit card and I requested cash back. I was telling her that I needed gas for my car.
The lady seemed unresponsive as I cheerfully explained my situation to her but she still did not seem to be in the mood for my smile nor my explanation.

When it was time for me to get my refund the computer gave me a choice of cash back or to put The refund on the debit card.
The white lady purposely sent my refund to my debit card instead of asking me how I wanted my payment back like other other cashier's at customer service.

I felt that I was treated unjustly. I ask for her to call a Manager to redo the transaction.

The manager came and told the woman in her mid 40's that she should have asked me how would I like my refund before proceeding to put money back on to my card.

The manager could not reverse the transaction.
I know now not to go to the white lady behind the counter.

My actual review is not on this door at all. This place does an excellent job delivering my items. However, I am very disappointed at the customer service as I have asked them over 10 times to correct the refund. Please can someone help me? This is ridiculous. Amazon does a much better job at refunds than Walmart does. Can someone in corporate contact me? Please don't tell me to contact customer service because I get the runaround. Please have a manager or above call me directly. Thank you

I was helped by Andrea in the vision center. She made me feel very comfortable. She was really easy to talk to. And she helped me so much because I’m older and Struggle in public. She also helped me find glasses. It was a pleasure to come to their store.

All of my items were NOT delivered. Shame on Walmart for taking and keeping my money and not providing the items I purchased. I cannot afford to lose money like this. Lack of customer care is what I’ve experienced. Walmart not only wasted my weekend by delivering my order 2 days late and not delivering the complete order, it has caused me stress and anxiety. I can no longer trust you as a company
