Every one of our visits to the Casino Resort has been excellent. We have attended concerts, spent time (+$) on the Casino floor, dined in all three restaurants, enjoyed the spa and have even spent the night at the hotel. We always recommend staying here for our family or friends visiting from out of town. Nothing but the best things to say about the service we have received every time that we have visited. The facility is beautiful, easily accessible and in a very nice remote location. Certainly worth the little extra drive time to get there. The food has been excellent, reasonably priced and has always been served in a courteous, professional manner. This place has become a favorite date night location for us that never disappoints.

I was there for a bus trip to their Casino from St. Louis. It was fun. The people were nice and friendly. The casino was very bright and clean, but not as big as most casinos I've been to. Overall, I would like to visit again.It was a pleasant experience for me.

I was there for the Josh Turner Concert so I can only tell you about what I actually saw. The facility it's is very pretty. Their gaming area looks very nice and clean and surprisingly not very noisy. Usually you hear all kinds of noise. Their gift shop area was very nice, I noted they have a spa area over by the elevators to the hotel rooms. We were in the event center which was very nice. Great acoustics, great lighting, I would go to another concert there. I know they have a restaurant because I saw people carrying out food boxes but not sure what was on their menu but you can probably look thst up on their website.

The employees were really kind and courteous. Just stopped in for a quick visit, did not spend the night. This place is very clean and has a good variety of machines to play. Will for sure go back soon.

Stayed 1 night on the way to Florida from Wisconsin. Beautiful establishment! Clean and comfy. Loved the beds and pillows! Grant, our casino host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Really a 1st class operation. Played all night and ate great Flatbread at the bar.Band was good too! Wish it wasn't 8 hrs away from home!

First time here. Danny at the desk is quite awesome. The hotel room is gorgeous. They have one of the most beautiful hot tubs that I've seen and quite a wonderful pool. Didn't think I would utilize the casino but here I am. It's beautiful. I don't know how old this place is but I'm guessing that it's not very old. Was looking to have some drinks but the bartender can only make like 10 different drinks. No martinis. They had gin gimlet on the list so I asked how they make a gin gimlet and she said with a 1 oz pour so that's gone in like a sip. Bummer.

I really Casinos! But this was just ok. Not enough variety for me. I have been to many Casinos, and this might as well have just been an oversized gaming room in my opinion. You pull into the parking lot on a Friday night thinking it's going to be packed, not the case at all, maybe 30 cars, and I think some of those were from people staying in the hotel. Most places you get free alcoholic drinks as long as you are gambling, here you get free soda, which is totally acceptable, I get it.. Not one person walking around asking if they can get you anything, need a drink etc. Just not that impressed.

Dinner at Ruthie’s was amazing, as we were celebrating two birthdays in the family. When we went to go into the gaming area, the staff that checked ID was extremely rude and made hateful comments to people in our group unprompted and unprovoked. Overall it was great just wish the interaction with the staff would have been more pleasant and professional
