If I could give less than a star I would. Had an issue with my freezer/fridge icing over and not functioning properly. Started off with a decent availability for a response time but only got worse from there. Due to issues on there end it was almost exactly a month after their first visit that I got them back to my house. This was of course after multiple calls from me trying to figure out why they hadn’t gotten back yet. When they did show up they only had one of the thermistors even though they told me on the first visit that both were bad. My problem was not fixed and still required frequent manual defrosting. It was another month before I got them out again. They installed a fan to replace a fan that was already working, however the fan they installed didn’t work. When they put my fan back in they put it in upside down which then froze everything in the lower section of my fridge. I was assured there was only one way to put the fan in so I went ahead and fixed that myself. The technician then blamed it on a lack of training and said it’s just what happens. After 4 months I am back in the same spot I was but with a 600 dollar bill that I had to argue with them about lowering since they were trying to charge me labor and parts on a fan they screwed up and ended up putting my original fan back in. PLEASE if you have an issue with your appliance do not try to have them fix it. You’re better off just walking in there and giving them money and asking them to just stay away. It will be cheaper in the long run for you.

Would not recommend their appliance repair to anyone. Was charged $132 for them to drive to my place in Charleston and to spend less than 20 minutes actually looking at my refrigerator to diagnose the issue. Apparently it takes 70 minutes round trip. Did not attempt to drain the condenser line like I was hoping, and instead said the seal was completely worn out. This refrigerator is less than a year old so I find that hard to believe. Was then offered to credit the repair bill towards a new refrigerator as an option. Pretty scammy to overcharge a repair in hopes to sell me a new appliance. Will never do business with this company again and would recommend looking elsewhere as there are many options in the area.

Guy is very rude. He needs to walk away from his personal phone, stop talking to his kid in the store hanging out, give good service to a customer. Would have bought if he would gave more than a one word answer and walking away. Glad I have other options in town.
